It's got that quirky, almost museum-like feel where you keep turning corners and finding something new. There are a lot of little sections and nooks, so you really have to walk the whole store to take it all in. They also have a crazy selection of nostalgic candy and glass bottle sodas. Stuff you don't usually see anymore. It's easy to lose track of time just looking through everything. If you're trying to find a gift for somebody, this is honestly a great place to start. After I saw real popcorn again, I could not resost to buyinh some. The aweome employee offered me a couple of ssamples to try out. They give out small samples in these small tin cups and I tried Snores and Brownie flavored popcorn. I ended up getting the small movie flavored popcorn in a bag and it was all of the popcorn flavor that I had expected. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Popped Republic. I placed an order…read more(#921548) as a gift for my dad, and when it arrived, the shipping box was damaged. We didn't think much of it at the time, but when he finally opened the first bag, only about half of the kernels had actually popped. I reached out to Popped Republic on June 30 with photos and explained the situation. I also followed up on July 2 and July 13, but never received a response. Because I had purchased this as a gift and was concerned the remaining bags could have the same issue, I was hoping the company would at least respond and offer a replacement or some type of resolution. Unfortunately, I received no communication at all and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I understand that issues can happen, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service and response after making multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not order from Popped Republic again.
