Amazing! Love crumbl and this location did a fantastic job! Would definitely return! The cookies were perfect

I came with the intention of picking up cookies as a gift for a host, so I didn't eat any myself. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted nor given any instruction. I saw mounted kiosks to place an order. When you select your cookies, they are virtually arranged in the box and I liked the way I had them arranged, but when I received the box, the arrangement didn't match what I had been shown virtually. Glad I looked at the website ahead of time, as I was unaware that they only serve a specific set of cookies at each time, so I had an idea of what I wanted already. I purchased 12 mini cookies in Feb 2025 for $27 and change. Glad my work was reimbursing me, as that seems expensive for cookies, but they looked delicious and seemed to be marketed as a more luxury brand. Note that there is no seating or tables either, just a small building with a very clean-looking open-concept bakery. No way to enjoy the cookies at the venue, only to-go. Service alone brings my review down as I wasn't acknowledged when I arrived. I'll swing by another time and actually try a cookie and leave an updated review when I do! The good news is that my hosts really enjoyed the cookies and they were gone so quick. read more

Really good cookies, they are sometimes undercooked though which makes them a little soggy

The first time I tried a crumbl cookie was in Anaheim, California. I didn't understand all of the hype and I didn't think their cookies were that amazing. Plus for $20 for 4 cookies, I just couldn't get on board. Fast forward to a few years later and I tried crumbl again because someone had it at a little party. They were actually pretty good! The Yukon location has been the best that I've tried. Mostly because their staff is wonderful and friendly. Also, the prices in Oklahoma are a lot cheaper than California so that's a bonus. lol read more

I've come into this location quite a few times but this most recent one I was disappointed. I was the only customer in store, and had placed an online order for the free birthday cookie. I didn't leave a tip on it because the point of getting a free cookie is to not pay (I will only not tip if I'm redeeming a free reward without getting something else). I walked in and was not greeted, and the lady who handed me my cookie was scowling at me and hardly made any kind of eye contact. Don't know if workers can see whether or not a tip was left, however I don't think that should impact the experience you receive in the store. read more

Always soooo good! We have never been disappointed! The cookies are always soft and flavorful! Sometimes messy!

We were celebrating a birthday at work and the boss picked up a dozen cookies for the celebration. They opened promptly at 8:00. Service was good. A lot of us had no idea the cost for these cookies. We bought the crumble cookie cutter for $5, the Happy Birthday sticker was an extra $1 and with the 12 cookies the total was a little over $57. We all put the cookie cutter to work and I tried numerous kinds. My favorite had to the the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie. It was very reminiscent of a snickerdoodle which I love. Do not go to this location, the staff is extremely rude, they do not honor coupons, and have no customer service skills. The cookies are okay as long as they are done right and not raw like they sometimes are served. The owner does not care about their employees or their customers, if you write a negative Google review they will reply snarky, instead of apologizing and trying to make up for a customers bad experience. read more

The pink red velvet cookie was really good!. I did like the raspberry cheesecake it just needed a little bit more raspberry on top because the Graham cracker crust had a tad bit too much salt in it! The raspberry had a nice consistency and taste. They were able to refund me. I went to another location to get another cheesecake one. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this location. When I called to share feedback about my visit over the weekend, the assistant manager hung up on me. The service was unprofessional and sloppy cookies were handled without gloves, even with extremely long nails, which felt unsanitary. Nothing was made right, and the overall customer service was very poor. This was not what I expected from Crumbl and left me feeling very let down. read more

Horrible service every time. No one greets you, or acknowledges you. You just stand and wait while they walk in circles like they have no idea what they're doing. They're not friendly whatsoever. I should have read the reviews before I visited this location. I normally go to the location in OKC, but I was in Yukon doing some shopping so I went to this location instead. BIG MISTAKE!! The cookies were served slightly colder than room temperature, but not chilled (Kentucky Butter Cake and Pink Sugar Doughnut). I asked if I could get warm cookies. The employee said they were really swamped and when they took the cookies out of the oven, they did not have time to put them in the warmer. I was the only person in the store at this time and there were 4 workers. I pressed on and told her I thought that was the big selling point at Crumbl was warm cookies. She agreed. I then asked if this was below Crumbl standards and she acknowledged that it was, but told me there was nothing she could do about it. She then said she could microwave them. WOW!! Unacceptable! The employees did not greet me when I walked in and the entire visit felt transactional and lacking in customer service. We did heat up the cookies in the microwave when we got home and they were horrible! We threw them away. What a waste of money and time. They were also out of 2 of the flavors. It's amazing how poorly this store manages product. Every time I try to place an order, they are out of their popular items. I look at almost any other store in the area, and they are in stock, regardless of the day or hour. One would think managing the stock of 7-8 items would be an easy task. Guess not. read more

I stopped in to try their cookies. Seemed a little unorganized but they are new to Yukon so I'm sure it will be better. Staff was nice. Only one person taking orders and she was directing people to use the two self order screens. Ordered 4 cookies. I was a little disappointed that no spiced cookies were offered since it's Nov. I tried the Carmel cream cheese cookie. Cookie was good. Didn't taste any cream cheese but Carmel was nice. Big cookies so they're nice to share. read more

I went in after I got a haircut next door was going to buy 6 big cookies, I went to the counter and stood there for at lease 5 minutes and no one would even look at me let alone wait on me. I said out loud, I guess they don't want to sell any cookies so I turned around and walked out. In July after my hair cut I walked in and bought 6 of the big ones, they had like 4 people in there but didn't do good by me this time. The cookies are to die for but service not so much. We were so excited to try Crumbl Cookie. My daughter has been begging us to go. We thought for her birthday it would be a fun little place to grab some cookies. We ordered and got our cookies everything was great until we got to the car and realized our order was wrong. My husband took the cookies back in and explained that's not what we ordered. To a lady being EXTREMELY rude and blaming us, and telling us no, that's in fact what we ordered. And the front counter guys asking if we can just reorder the cookie we wanted? To which my husband told him no! 1. we don't eat peanut butter chocolate cookies and 2. because that's not what we ordered. Why should we have to spend more money because y'all didn't get our order right? We don't want it. We want what we ordered!
