Finally got my hands on a Dubai Chocolate Brownie from Crumbl and let me tell you this thing is decadent! Loved it but def large enough to share (or at least the calories are lol) I had to check the app everyday because it kept saying SOLD OUT so when I seen it was available at my nearby Crumbl I ordered and paid ahead on the app and just stopped in to pick it up. Have been here a handful of time , it's usually very crowded with a line going out the door. Every week there are four new cookie flavors. With chocolate chip cookie always being on repeat. We usually come by and try all of the new cookie flavors , a box of four cookies is around 14.50. This review of based on Customer Service and consistency. There are recipes for cookies so I'm not sure why the flavors would be inconsistent. Sometimes the cookies are good , sometimes not so much. If you come in at 11 PM and they close at 12 AM you will not get any customer service. You will get glared at like you are bothering them. Understandably a bunch of high school kids working with no management. And if you're still at the register for a few minutes there will be no service. I eventually figured to go to the kiosk if I wanted to order cookies. All of the cookies were either rock hard or undercooked. A couple tasted like it has been sitting out all day and definitely was not warmed, as chocolate chip usually is. I would say the outlet location is much more consistent. As another reviewer said there is no direction or quality control with the foot traffic at this location. There is a very small waiting area. Online orders, walk-in's, and customers waiting on their orders are all jumbled up with no direction or much space to stand. When the cookies are made fresh and correctly, they are delicious. Unfortunately I do not want to take my chances again with a $4 cookie. I would rather to get boba :) read more

New cookie shop in town, and right down the road from me. That could be dangerous. Attached to the adjacent Wild Fork store... on the linebaugh side. Easy enough to find. Walked in, quite a few people present (16-20 people). Small customer area... not well planned in my opinion. Turns out about half the people there were waiting for cookies to be made, the other half waiting to order. Line moved decently fast, though. Ordering is easy... Staff is friendly, although seemed a bit flustered (and that could be due to the lady in front of me, who first was on her phone when time to order, and then could not make up her mind!)... but staff handled it nicely. I ordered 2 molten lava cookies, 1 peanut butter cookie, and one milk chocolate chip cookie. I was told there was at least a 10 minute wait for the molten lava cookies, which I said was fine. Got my cookies are a short wait, and they are in this long box. I was on my motorcycle... and I was hoping the box would fit in my saddle bags. Nope... didn't fit, so one Molten Lava got a bit squashed. That is ok... I figured it had volunteered as a TEST cookie, and was eaten first when I arrived home. Cookies are served warm (and some are served chilled, LimeAde for instance). Actually were pretty hot.... very soft. But got them home safely except for the one casualty mentioned earlier. Molten Lava - more like a slightly crispy brownie than a cookie, and stuffed with molten chocolate syrup! Very tasty! These could be addictive! Peanut Butter cookie - kind of soft and seemed partly raw inside. Aroma was better then the flavor... but still ok. But probably won't order again. Like eating slightly gritty mush... bleh. Milk Chocolate Chip cookie - soft, but tasty. I do prefer a dark chocolate to a milk chocolate... not into the super sweet stuff. But a tasty cookie. Still seemed raw in the middle... but a lot of people like the cookie dough type cookie too. Me, not so much. I did cut up some cookies for my Yelp research, and tried to get pictures of the cookie interiors... and the less cooked parts are pretty obvious. Prices are pretty high. 4 cookies cost me $15.12 with a 15% tip. I sure they will be very popular with the majority of people... just kind of average to me, though. Ok so this may not be a popular review but I am not impressed. For as old as I am I still like to have cookies with milk. You cannot dunk these into milk because they are still very doughy. If you held the cookie at one side and held it up it would fold over and drop on the floor. We ordered the macadamia nut, chocolate chip and the sea salted toffee which were good but would have been better if baked longer. For $4 a cookie I expected more. Like other reviewers experienced, the four cookies we received were inconsistent in terms of being fully cooked or not. We did order two of the same flavor and shockingly, one of them was well done and the other was still very doughy around the edges. I think I'm in love! So far, I've tasted 3 of the 6 cookies and all 3 get a 5 out of 5 in my book! 1. The cornbread cookie: imagine a Jiffy corn bread muffin with whipped butter and honey drizzle warm out of the oven...that's this cookie. It's in cookie form of course, but the texture and flavors were delicious! You could easily just get a box of these and take home for dinner! 2. The Apple Pie: the presentation of the pie crust with the apples inside was a nice touch! This cookie is fresh apples placed in a pie crust that is in the shape of a cookie, essentially it's a mini apple pie. Tastes great, though it's very rich and filling. Would be great with some ice cream. 3. The Birthday cake: probably the most normal and straight forward of the bunch. Nothing out of the ordinary here, a sugar cookie with sweet blue frosting. Don't get me wrong, it's very good too, better than any slice of birthday cake I've ever had, but compared to the others I tasted in the box, it's the most straight forward. Others left to try: 1) The s'mores 2) The limeade and 3) Milk chocolate chip. Based on the first half, I'd say the latter three shouldn't disappoint. My recommendation if you are wanting to try this location is to order ahead on the app. It's quite small inside and not a lot of room to move around. Each of their cookies are decorated upon order while the flavor of cookies tend to rotate weekly. Each fist size cookies are large enough for two and are just as flavor explosion to your taste buds as they are pop of color to your eyes. They are sweet, no escaping the sugar, but are perfect to indulge your sweet cravings. Each bite is filled with cookie and cream goodness. Perfectly satisfying. The staff at this location are surprisingly efficient and the ordering to receiving my thoughtfully arranged 4 cookies package was flawless and acceptably timed. I didn't experience any hiccups that of a typical newly opened establishment of such kind. You can self preset from one of two touchscreen that includes pictures of cookies of the week and pre-set packaging quantity. You can also walk up to the counter and have a staff punch in your order. Crumbl also serves cream which come in pint size tubs. I will return repeatedly I'm sure. Btw, they have an app which allows ordering ahead for in store and curbside pickup. Pricey, but we cut them into quarters (they're too rich to eat a whole one at a time). The lemon glazed, which I was most excited to try, was disappointing. Submitted an order online with this location. When I arrived I waited in my car for 20 minutes. Someone came to my car to tell me they were sold out of the strawberry shortcake.
