I rarely leave reviews, but I feel strongly about sharing this experience. I visited this Crumbl location right before Mother's Day, excited to pick up cookies for my mom and make the day a little more special. Instead, I was met with one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee I interacted with was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was spoken to with attitude for no reason and made to feel like I was bothering them just by being a customer. It honestly left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. I've been obsessed with these cookies for a while now and it's gotten to the point where I needed to download the app just so I can get the updated weekly lineup. I really love the fact that you can either get a large, mini and/or single size dessert option depending on what you're in the mood for. This time I decided to order them through the app for pick-up and I didn't have to wait long to receive them once I got there. I got a 3-pack mini which included the raspberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake and the S'mores skillet cookie. I decided to add on the cinnamon roll cheesecake in the larger size because all of their cheesecakes tend to be so delicious. I loved the raspberry cupcake and the buttermilk pancake cookies. They were so soft and chewy with a ton of flavor. The cinnamon roll cheesecake was my absolute favorite. It was decadently sweet with a buttery graham cracker crust that paired perfectly with the rich, creaminess of the cheesecake filling. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the S'mores skillet cookie. The flavor was good, but it was a bit overcooked on the edges which gave it a very crispy and somewhat tough texture. I've been to many different locations, but I really love how close this is to my home and how friendly the customer service is. This spot is usually fully stocked with all of the new flavor arrivals. The famous Dubai brownie is back! I'm so excited to stop in and try this fan favorite again. I always do the online order ahead of time and they have a Specific that you press I"'m here" so that they could freshly package it up for you and have it ready instead of it just sitting around when you first order it. I also came in during the giveaway of the chocolate chip cookie day. This was the first time I've been in a Crumbl store, and I was very impressed! My son's school had a fundraiser at the Crumbl S. Durango location, which got me to finally go and try their cookies. I'm left wondering, why I didn't try them sooner! When I walked in I felt like I just stepped into a bakery kitchen, which was really neat. Then I needed to place my order on the computer at the front counter, which then automatically is sent to the person packing the orders behind the counter. I did have a couple questions and asked the lady putting the orders together. She was more than helpful, and super friendly. My order of a 6 pack of cookies was ready in less than 5 minutes. The cookies were outstanding! The Chocolate Chunk was rich in chocolate flavor. The Peanut Butter Butterfinger tasted exactly as the title - peanut buttery and crisp chunks of Butterfinger, and the brownie was moist and decadent. I've been seeing a lot about the Kardashian Jenner line up, so had to try it for myself! I did a curbside order. As I arrived and parked in the curbside spot, I remember how long it took them to come out last time so I went inside. They were putting my cookies in my box. I caught the girl as she was going out. My box had chocolate frosting and frosting all over the outside. It was a bit messy so I had to clean it before it goes all over my vehicle. This review is based on this specific week flavor rotation. I wasn't super impressed with particularly any of the flavors this week. I hope each week they can read reviews and check inventory to see what flavors are deemed "good enough" to return back into the flavor cycle later in the future. The banana bread was a tad bland and the texture was off because it was more like bread texture than cookie texture. The white chocolate Mac nut was hard and dense, and the lemon poppy was slightly too tart and bitter. I hope to see some more classic fan favorite flavors make their way back into more rotations. This location is one of the closest location to my that's why I always order and do my pick ups here but I never ever got a great customer service in this since day one that I've ordered here... And the customer service is always bad no hello no welcome no good customer service. The place is well kept inside out. The cookies are always good that's for sure... I just wish that the customer service is better I had a bunch of issues here and was never handled well besides bad attitude. My go to is the milk chocolate chip cookie, it sounds basic but they really make the best chocolate chip cookies. I've given up baking them at home now because it's not the same. They also do catering size cookies which are better snack size cookies but you need to order three days in advance and can only pick up from 10am-4pm. 4* for the cookies 0* for CS We visited this store on Monday 6/23/25 at 4:56 according to my order history in the app. My 13yo daughter is such a big Benson Boone fan and was so excited to pick up some cookies. She made me take pics and video so she could remember this moment.-she forced me to make my IG profile public so I could even tag Crumbl and Benson Boone! After getting our cookies, she inquired with the associate if she could have any of the posters or smaller pictures and she said she would check with her manager since they just usually toss them. After returning from the back, the associate said that she could come back on Sat 6/28 and come get them since they would be tossed. To say my daughter was ecstatic would be an understatement. My daugter wanted to go get them first thing this morning but I told her to call to see when it would be a good time and maybe closer to closing. I am trying to have my daughter speak up for the things she wants and do things independently by using the phone etc. (my daughter does not have a cell phone) the associate who answered said her manager was not in and to call back after 5pm. My daughter just called back and I cannot believe how rude this manager was-let alone to a kid. There was so much confusion since my daughter was told that she could come get the picture/poster and was just calling to find out what time would be best. This manager said she never said, aggressively asked who told her that because SHE didn't and that she "would never say that since it was Crumbl property and would make sure not throw it out now so crazy people like her wouldn't go dumpster diving for it-goodbye" and then hung up. My daughter was left shocked and in tears-she was nothing but polite and would have understood if they could not be given out or if that was originally a misunderstanding. This person did not need to speak to her this way. If these items cannot be given out-that is fine-I have no idea what sparked the need for her to get so defensive and speak to a child that way. I tried to call back a few times after calming my daughter down to give my "mama bear" two cents but my calls are conveniently not being answered. I'm sure there is caller ID. And I feel my phone calls are being avoided. I just wanted to speak with the manager to ask why she would speak to a kid that way or anyone at all. My daughter is crushed-not even about the silly poster (which I personally don't even want in my house anyway) but just about someone speaking to her that way. My daughter was courteous and polite and we've always raised her to respect and have manners. I've worked in franchises and chains and this was not alright. It was not provoked or anything. You can't really go wrong with any of the cookies, as they're all cooked to perfection, crafted and designed with an insane level of quality control. Tonight, we purchased five different cookies and they were all delicious. My personal favorite was the milk chocolate chip - classic yet phenomenal. The richness of the milk chocolate chips combined with the density and softness of the cookie was just a pure match in heaven. Honestly, I would order this again in a heart beat. Who am I kidding?
