I went in to get the flavor of the month which is peach cobbler and I tried it sometime last year. So I was so excited to be able to go in and get this cheesecake. It is the best cheesecake around the Lansing area. I was greeted upon walking in by a nice young lady. I browsed the menu and it had a lemon drop, blueberry, strawberry shortcake, and a few other flavors. There's not a whole lot in the main area so I am hoping that they will add tables and chairs for guest to come and be able to dine in one day. The cheesecakes are frozen but it doesn't take long to unthaw. They have a great freezer life, if you want to put it away and eat it at a later date.

A local artist draws seasonal pictures on the large wall chalkboard, the opposite wall is hung with framed pages from vintage Mason newspapers that also change with the season. They have soft-serve as well as hand-dip. Classic ice cream flavors are usually in stock, others are seasonal and rotate availability. Most of the ice creams are made by quality regional producers. Some are made in-house, and they are delicious! Their house-made butter pecan is excellent, better than commercial versions. They make shakes, sundaes, malts, floats, razzles - also grilled cheese sandwiches. Daily Scoop also offers house-made dairy-free sorbets, so there is some treat choice for everyone. On the counter next to where you order there is a display with models of ice cream serving sizes so you can see what size is best for your young child as well as your adults.
