These are genuinely the worst cookies I have ever had in my life. I tried the milk chocolate chip, chocolate covered strawberry, and New York cheesecake cookies. All of the cookies are so heavy and lack flavor. The chocolate chip cookie was by far the worst, and the New York cheesecake was the best, but still bad. The New York Cheesecake had slightly more flavor in the icing, but I still felt gross after eating it. Additionally, the chocolate covered strawberry had an artificial flavor that didn't taste good at all. Save your money and go to any other cookie place. read more

It's a cookie store. They make fresh cookies on campus that are somewhat overpriced. The staff is very friendly and they told us that this business first opened in Utah. So it's another chain. It's cutesy, nice packaging. They also sell ice cream though prepackaged. Good Luck. read more

I was gifted a six pack of Crumbl Cookies and now I know where all the hype comes from. First off, these things are huge. We ate them for dessert multiple times that week and still had leftovers. I didn't go to pick them up so I don't know how that process was, but from hearing about them I know they drop new menus all the time and folks fan girl over the different flavors. I thought the chocolate chip was going to be my favorite because I'm a purist, but honestly the chocolate and mint one was just amazing. Definitely get yourself a big glass of milk when sampling a six pack because they are so good. Now I have to check out the one closest to me. read more

I finally got the chance to try Crumbl! I grew up in the area and planned to try it eventually when I was in the area visiting my parents. Today was the day and I'm glad I did. Well... the line was long but from what I saw it moves really quickly. I actually parked in the lot and ordered through the app so I didn't have to stand in line. I may have waited all of 4-5 mins before being greeted by a friendly young lady who handed me my warm box. The cookies themselves are good and I especially enjoyed the carrot cake cookie they had. Overall I think it's a great location, quick service and good cookies. I can see it being a regular stop for me going forward when I'm in the area. read more

Cute little place where I would pass every time I visit my friend down in Asbury. I came here saturday night and it looked super packed. It may seem intimidating but it's because the place was a bit small. Waiting in line took like 5 minutes and our cookies came out hot as well and it didn't take all that long. We tried the cornbread, blue monster chips ahoy and the reese's peanut butter cookies. All of them were alright but the cornbread was the best outta the batch. So delicious and the ratio of ingredients was just right. Although the cookies were expensive, I would come back here just for that corn bread cookie. read more

Amazing cookies. Was sort of like a cupcake and cookie combination- the frosting on top reminded me of a cupcake on certain flavors but cookie underneath. Wide, interesting flavors to keep things exciting- we went cereal topping heavy- fruity pebbles on one, Cinnamon Toast Crunch on another, coco puffs on the other. All were delicious and the box simply made the family happy so we kept it around for a while longer. The staff were great and manager was helpful and accommodating for the larger order. read more

This is my second time getting crumbl. I always get it to go because I live too far away to enjoy them fresh, so my husband picks it up on his way home from work. They change their flavor every week or so I believe. This weeks flavors are very good in my opinion! The cookies are massive, so yes they are a bit pricey but you get two cookies in one. I heat them up at 350°F for about 3 minutes. All of the cookies are always so fresh and I honestly have eaten them cold and they were still so good. I have never been in the store, since my husband picks it up for me. He tells me that the store is clean and the staff is very nice. Ordering is easy on the little tablet they have. I would say if you love cookies, definitely try them out! read more

Ok, these are not cookies. They are little cakes. Delicious little cakes. 6 will feed an army. We got peanut butter kiss, milk chocolate chip, French silk, raspberry cheesecake, some caramel popcorn thing and lemon poppy seed. All were great, but the lemon poppy seed was amazing, as was the raspberry cheesecake. And to my delight, my 12yo agreed after saying he wouldn't try them. The mixed 6-pack is perfect for parties. I was excited to finally have the opportunity to try Crumbl Cookies! I enjoyed the clean, pink, minimalist appearance of the store, but it's worth noting that there is no interior seating, so it's more of a take-out place. We ordered at the kiosks on the side, and chose to get a 6 pack for $21. Each week they have six featured cookies to choose from and these cookies are on display at the register. When I visited, they had the classic chocolate chip, candy chocolate chip, peanut butter with what appeared to be crushed Reese's on top, Twix, a Rice Krispie resembling one, and a colorful Peachie O cookie. My friends and I tried all but the last two options. Upon placing our order, the warm cookies were brought out to us very quickly, and the staff kindly asked if we thought they looked ok within the box. They were huge, melted in our mouths, and I appreciated the creativity of their cookie flavors. The twix cookie was especially interesting, with a layer of caramel underneath another layer of hardened chocolate topped with crushed Twix bars. I admit that the cookies were very sweet, and it's hard to finish even one cookie in a sitting. I wish they had more than six options, but the rotating aspect of their flavors was interesting. read more

cute little shop. there was no line when I went on a Saturday surprisingly. I walked in and used the kiosk for ordering I ordered 6 cookies which were ready within 2 minutes even with the ones they warm up. 6 cookies seems like a small variety but they are all large enough to not notice. it is nice they change from week to week. I think the price was around $21 for 6 which is not terrible for the size. they are a little sweet but we got them for sharing. If I needed to bring a quick dessert to a gathering I would stop here again. read more

Wow! I just had my first visit at Crumbl. I did the self order and chose a maple cinnamon, buckeye brownie, and 2 chocolate chips. We also added a water and milk. The cookies are HUGE. the maple cinnamon was so very rich but very flavorful. The buckeye was delicious but a bit overwhelming to eat at once. I decided to eat half and that was enough for me at one time. The milk chocolate, a classic! If you're stopping in for 2 people, be prepared to eat half if you get 4 or only choose 2! New Crumbl Cookie to the Jersey Shore area. This location is always busy and has a line out the door every time I visit. The cookies are absolutely delicious and the smell of cookies is amazing. I visited during the week they had the Cornbread cookies and it was the best cookie I have ever had. This location has some issues, first, the lobby/entrance area is very small. There is no social distancing at this location, everyone is trying to crowd inside the very small entrance area to get out of the cold. Once you enter there are tablets on a counter where you place your order with a credit card reader attached to the tablet. The credit card reader was not working on this visit so I had to enter my credit card details on the tablet screen. The Information is not blurred after typing the information so your card number, expiration date, and security code of your credit card are available for anyone looking over your shoulder at the tablet screen while you are ordering. I think this is unacceptable especially with so many people crowding in the store around the ordering area. This needs to be updated immediately. The whole time I was entering my card information I was checking to make sure no one was looking at my card details on the screen. I do not feel safe using my credit card at this location again and hope they are going to fix this issue very soon. At least blur the credit card information while the customer is typing or fix your equipment so you can swipe or use the chip on the card! read more

You go to Crumbl for the experience of artisan cookies. Each week they change their menu with the milk. Chocolate chip always being offered weekly. They used to offer pink sugar weekly as well but then stopped carrying it. But looks like they recently brought it back with a new recipe. I never get the standards, it's always fun to get the rotating flavors. Crumbl stores are closed on Sundays. Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time They release the new flavors for the week. This is my first visit to the ocean township location. Walked in. It was very quiet for a Crumbl. You order at the kiosk and then wait for your cookies to be ready. Make sure when you look when you order on the kiosk it automatically defaults to a tip. At Crumbl once your cookies are ready the worker comes out and shows you the cookies to see if they're to your liking. I got the everything bagel cookie that had a swirl of cream cheese on top. The swirl was very messy. If I had ordered more cookies I would have said to redo the swirl. But I wasn't going to take a picture of just the one cookie so I said it was fine. read more

This was our first time trying them. We ordered through the app for pickup. My husband got there at the time we said we would pick up and he had to wait a half hour because it was so disorganized. The cookies were good. We tried the sugar cookie, Reese's peanut butter cup, chocolate chip. We ordered the caramel popcorn, but we were given a Rocky Road. I'm allergic to tree nuts, so I couldn't try this one. I tried to call the store to let them know (I wouldn't normally complain for one cookie, but these aren't cheap!), no one answered the phone.
