I had a big task, have a custom cake be made for Valentine's Day... with 2 days notice. I actually had called and visited all the other bakeries in the fort smith area and all said there was no way they could do it in that amount of time. This must have been fate cause Paul's bakery was my last call and I'm soooo glad all the other bakeries turned me down. Paul's bakery made the most GORGEOUS cake that far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, was sooooo good. I even asked for a custom filling that wasn't on their list and they happily made it. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to make my gender reveal possible. Unfortunately, I can't do it but it's undoubtedly a solid 4 Star review. Let's start with the quiche. I'm a huge quiche fan. If it's on the menu, I'm most likely going to order it. I'll just say this, I won't be ordering the quiche from here again, ever. Just not my cup of tea. It was very mushy and almost undercooked. It's the quiche that kept this from being a 5 Star review. In terms of the pie slices: Blueberry Cream, Keylime, peanut butter and coconut cream- all outstanding!
