The ice cream, food, and prices here are good, but I have a BIG issue with the "service." We were…read morein this store last week and it was moderately busy. After placing our order, we tried to fill our drink cups with sweet tea, but it was empty and we had to ask for it from behind the counter. The Braum's sauce was also empty and we had to ask for that also. We got our food, ate it, and after the meal I got up to refill my tea. The sweet tea was still empty, as was the Braum's sauce also. There were 4 people, FOUR, standing around behind the counter doing absolutely NOTHING. And there was no one in line to order anything! I told them if I were their boss, and walked in to see them doing nothing, while the sweet tea was still empty, Braum's sauce was still empty, drink counter needed to be cleaned, floor needed to be swept, tables needed to be wiped down, I would fire them all on the spot. One disrespectful young man answered "then I'm glad you're not my boss." So I responded "you had better be I'm not." I have never been so rudely treated by a "service" employee in my life! There needs to be some heavy retraining done at this location.

I asked if she had one that was fresh instead of stale - to which she replied, "we don't know and there's no way to tell!" What in the world! For starters - you could pinch a small corner of one to tell - given a customer told you how stale their cone was! Then she asked if I wanted another cone? Really?!? She handed me an empty cone through the window and acted as though she had been put out to deal with me and as if I was a problem! Given the cost of ice cream at BR - I would expect to "know" the product was fresh - but more than that, I would expect good customer service. Tonight we paid $20 for one single dip waffle cone, one double dip waffle cone and two kid cups. We won't "tomorrow." Hello Braums!
