Love the boba's (they are $5.05)... I usually get coconut boba and made with coconut milk but had the bobochatta .. also had the hot chocolate which was pretty good too! And last there is the friendly workers who are very accommodating to what you want .. thank you!! read more

I left Crossy Coffee feeling completely ripped off and deeply frustrated. First off, I ordered a simple drip coffee--nothing fancy, just a basic cup of coffee. To my surprise, I was charged extra for *cream.* Yes, cream, something that most places include for free. Here, it's an upcharge that isn't mentioned until you see it on your receipt. It's a cheap, stingy move, especially considering how overpriced their coffee already is. What's worse is how the coffee is made. Instead of keeping a hot pot of coffee brewed and ready--like any competent coffee shop--they make drip coffee cup by cup in a regular household coffee pot. This process is unnecessarily slow and completely defeats the purpose of ordering drip coffee, which is supposed to be quick and convenient. If you can't even keep a fresh pot of coffee on standby, it says a lot about how cheaply the business is run and suggests they're struggling to bring in customers. After waiting an unreasonably long time for my coffee, I became angry and finally demanded a refund because I had to leave for work. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the owner responded with a condescending, *"Give him a refund; he obviously needs the money."* That comment was infuriating and completely disrespectful. To top it off, as I was leaving, they even *filmed me.* Who films their customers over something like this? The whole experience was strange, unprofessional, and honestly, insulting. Between the slow service, hidden upcharges, poor operations, and rude behavior, Crossy Coffee is a complete mess. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least provide a premium experience. Instead, this place comes across as disorganized, cheap, and disrespectful to its customers. I won't be back, and I recommend you save your time, money, and patience by going somewhere else. read more
