My daughter was telling me they now offer tres leche cake? We had to go try it out. This location is across from costco parking lot and has a ton of parking spots. Once inside we were greeted and ordered our treat at the self serve kiosk. Once they box up treat, they'll call your name. Ambiance is clean and simple. No option to dine in, just order and take it to go. This location does not have a table or chair outside to eat. read more

The vibes in this location are that of a hospital. The employees try to be welcoming but they come off as strange. There was a lady waiting for her order before us and one of the employees was staring at her and she called them out on it. They also messed up our order and we didn't catch it until we left. The peanut butter chocolate cookie was supposed to be the new pumpkin tin one. Cookies themselves are good, just unsettling staff and not great service. read more

Don't go to this location for the customer service because they don't have any at all! The employees do not look happy to be there or happy to help the customer. As far as the cookies, they looked exactly like the picture. I do think crumble is overrated but that's my opinion. The cookies need to be cooked for a few extra minutes, the middle is too soft. read more

Depends on who's working. Im not big one topping when I'm standing at a counter to place my own order. So I did a test, no tip got poor service and a messed up cookie. Should have taken a photo. Very disappointed. Sent a message to Coon Rapids to let them know how their pies were embarrassing for Thanksgiving, all crust and no filling. Not even a response back. I put in a curbside pick up order ( at 11am because I knew how fast certain flavors run out fast. i tipped $5 in advance because I knew how busy they can get at times. when I went to pick up my order at 5, they did not have 2 flavors that I ordered available and my order was not even ready. we had to wait 30 minutes so we ended up going to Costco while waiting. after 40 minutes, we called and they told us go inside to pick up the order. honestly, first time experiencing this at cookie crumbles and after asking a few people, they said the coon rapids location is very unorganized. won't order again from there. i would rather make the drive to the maple grove location and that's saying a lot. read more

Nice friendly, helpful staff. The variety of cookies is fantastic and most importantly for me is they aren't too sweet. I tried what was described as "better than sex" by a staff. The price structure is interesting. It temps you buy more rather than fewer cookies to save money. Was told a 15 minute wait for an item. Since it was my daughter's birthday and she wanted Crumbl we were willing to wait. However, 45 minutes later the item was ready (20+ people waiting for it) and they didn't fill the orders as they came. So where we waited 45 minutes since we placed our order others waited far less and got theirs before us. My advice in these situations, because I understand they do happen, would be to communicate accurate wait time to customers and then fill orders as they were placed. This will result in far less upset customers and bad reviews. It will be a long time until we go back to this location. read more

Went in today to get the German Chocolate cake, and they are sold out! It's Wednesday morning, if you are going to have something get enough to last more than 2 days of business. Last time you had a special like than, I went in Monday afternoon and it was sold out. Do you only get enough to make two? Also, I walked I today and saw three employees not one of them could be bothered to end their conversation and greet me. I do not recommend the Coon Rapids location and do not know if I ever will go back to any of them. I would give you a zero based on today but I have to give a 1 to post a review. read more

I have ordered two Birthday gift boxes. Both times they omitted the note. I paid for that note and wrap and it was not there. The most recent order I did for delivery and the note told the main door what "Room" to deliver to. This place sucks! They have no concept if what customer service is. Employees are rude and obnoxious at best. They don't even acknowledge you when you come in, and even if you call out to them to try to get their attention, they literally put their hands up and say, "it will be ready when it's ready," without even asking you any questions about what you're looking for!!! They also don't know the law. It is a legal obligation for them to give you the corporate office number and distracr manager's name if you ask. This one young girl there, she us a bit oveeweight and wears glasses, and works in the afternoon, is extremely rude! She needs to be enrolled in a remedial course in customer relations!! Stopped in at 7 pm on Saturday 8/6 (they are open until midnight) and Crumbl ....the COOKIE store.... was out of cookies!! one of the workers said something about being shorthanded....but I counted 6 people working. One gal was weighing the dough (one cookie at a time) and picking LITTLE bitty scraps off the pile to get the right weight....in the meantime they are turning away people...seems like they have a management issue.....what a disappointment. read more

I am a DoorDash delivery driver. Crumbl cookies have the wrong address and suite number. Listed with DoorDash so I came to the wrong address. I called the store and asked for the correct address. the woman who answered the phone said she didn't know the address, so I asked her to ask somebody if she could get the address for me and she hung up on me. I looked up the address and found it drove to the store. It wasn't too far away just a block or so when I came in, I asked to speak to a manager because that employee was so rude and the manager told me that I was rude to ask her the address and was he was rude to me as well. Yes, I was frustrated when I came to the store because they weren't being helpful and giving me the address to find the store but I was never rude until the manager dealt with me the way he did. I asked for a receipt because there was a note on the order to get the receipt and they couldn't get me a receipt. The employee and the manager were so absolutely rude, but I will never ever do business with this location, I would expect that they would treat people with courtesy and respect if somebody calls and ask for the address, just give them the address not that hard read more

Today, I placed an order online (via the mobile app) 6 hours before going to pick my cookies up. I clicked the "I'm here" button and was placed 7th in line. No problem. They are busy. I waited until "Your cookies are being prepared" popped up to get out of my car. While I was waiting outside, I noticed on the menu board that 2 types of cookies that I ordered that made up 2/3 of my order were sold out. Which was fine, I though, they would have pulled mine aside a while ago. I go inside after they call my name. They say they are sold out of the 2 types of cookies and if I would like to switch them for others. I said, no as those 2 types compromised over half my order. They asked if I would like a refund (which would take 4-5 DAYS to arrive back in my account) and I said no, I want my cookies. They say it will take about 2 hours for the cookies to be ready. I said fine, can you text or call me when they are done? They say no, talk to their coworker briefly then tell me I can look on the app to see when the cookies are back in stock. So, not only did Crumbl Cookies not put aside my order for me when I ordered it, they want me to do the legwork to see when it is ready. Crumbl Cookies disappointed me severely and didn't offer any help or way to make it up. read more

Was there with my girlfriend just recently. Not looking to cause an issue but the energy in there seemed very annoyed with us. We wanted to wait for the kiosk because sometimes we get anxious about talking to a person directly and they seemed annoyed at that. Not to mention it is 9pm and very slow so we weren't holding people up. We finished ordering through the kiosk and were on the receipt section which we were confused about but that is okay. So we ended up taking a second at the kiosk and before we were even done with the kiosk the cookies were ready and they shouted my name so I went over and they were all giving me looks. Not sure what I did wrong, I obviously don't want to make it harder for them but feeling invited and welcome in a place of service is important to us. Overall I think this is a good business but maybe isn't a bad idea to look over the service/positive energy side of things. Thank you! read more
