On 8/2/25, I bought four cookies. The cookies were not completely baked. The Choclate Chip cookies were not like the other Crumbl cookies that we have had at other locations. This was Saturday late in the afternoon / early evening. The store was not even busy! At this time the selection was limited at best. Concerning as the store was still open for a few hours. I have called the store three times and asked for a call back. I have yet to receive a call back. Truly a disappointing experience and WOULD NOT recommend this location. read more

Time was 12:30pm on 8/15/2025. I came in for the icebox cake. It was good but the service was actually infuriating. All I did was ask for a spoon to eat it and I got the snappiest, rudest response I had ever gotten at a restaurant from one of the staff cutting me off mid-sentence to say "No we don't provide those." in the rudest way, walking away with their back turned. Sorry for asking I guess, and sorry I guess I'm not worth the time and respect to not have your back turned when talking to me. Normally, it's not what is said but the way it was said spoke mountains of how much the management cares about how their employees treat their customers. I just went to my nearest Crumbl and that so happened to be the Crumbl in Rochester MN, they have run out of four "cookies" (chocolate Dubai brownie, strawberry cheesecake, peanut munch, and chocolate mallow cupcake) it was Monday at 8:00 when i got there, i feel that it is a little unnecessary for crumbl to be out of four of the seven cookies when there's still two full hours left until closing. i have also happened to go to Crumbl cookie at the same location two weeks ago and once i pulled up in the parking lot there was a couple walking out with a four pack so i knew that they were still selling, i walked up to the door and there was a paper sign on the door that said "Our apologies, we have run out of all cookies." i felt like i had wasted so much time trying to give Crumbl chances. Extremely poor management. Waited for an hour and half to be eventually told that they will Not take any walk in orders since they are about to close at 10 pm. The GM didn't realize they were overwhelmed fulfilling online orders and it was already close to 10. She thought it was 9 PM. How does that happen? How do you not track time when you are the manager at the store!!! How can you not inform your walk in customers ahead of time who have been standing in line patiently for so long ? How could you not manage it and estimate the amount of time that would require you to fulfill online orders is insufficient and still allow people to line up for walk in! I got 4 cookies to share with friends, this weeks flavors included: chocolate chip, churro, cornbread, and peanut butter m&m. Overall they were a great texture and size. These are big cookies and definitely large enough to share!! A great option to bring for someone as a gift as the box presentation was beautiful. The place is nice and clean. No indoor seating but it was very fun to be able to see into the kitchen and see the big mixers in the back. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is the option for order ahead and curbside pickup. Ok, now to the reason why you are still reading. The cookies - the churro one was the favorite of the evening closely followed by the chocolate chip. These are soft and chewy cookies - just the way I like them. Some are served warm and others cold based on the menu. The cornbread cookie had the texture of cornbread and delicious butter on top but I wish there was a stronger corn flavor. Given that they have rotating flavors, I will come back for more. Drink options include water, chocolate milk (which was delicious!) and regular milk. I would love to see some non dairy options as well as maybe some bottled coffee/coldbrew. read more

Stopped in for a couple cookies last night with my partner. Both the Hazelnut Sea Salt and the Macadamia Nut cookies were perfectly baked. Crisp on the outside, gooey on the inside, served warm, and huge(4-5 inches in diameter). Personally I think there should've been more macadamia nut bits in that cookie, but maybe that's just their standard mix. The staff seemed stressed, but that's understandable for such a popular business when it's in its first days of being open. Not rude, just tired and under pressure to perform I think. I hope it gets better for them, because cookie wise, they knocked it out of the park! I'll go back at some point and update this later. read more

Clean look to the building- besides the floor (looks like Sweet Martha's cookies at the state fair). Lots of neutral colors and pretty straight forward menu. Flavors switch every week but they always have a basic sugar or chocolate chip cookie available. Self checkout or counter service available. We got the 4 pack for $11.98 and got 2 confetti cake, a buckeye chocolate, and a chocolate chip. The presentation is great with the sleek pink boxes and the large chunky cookies spaced out in the box. Some come served warm and some are chilled according to flavor and menus selection. Lots if frosting on the confetti cake and doughy reminiscent of the cheap sugar cookies you can get at the grocery store. The buckeye chocolate has a peanut butter top tasting like a Reese's peanut butter cup filing with chocolate ganache- which was really good. The cookie itself is nice and doughy while it's warm with an ordinary chocolate taste. The chocolate chip cookie had an amazing presentation. Chunky with the right amount of chocolate chips and served warm. Definitely the most excited to try when I opened the box in the car. However upon tasting, it was very underwhelming. VERY basic. Little to no flavor that would set it apart from a cookie you'd make at home. Maybe it was a bad batch but the amount of flour definitely took the sweet flavor out of it that you'd expect in a cookie. Overall, I will return another week to try new flavors but I won't be rushing back any time soon for any of the ones I had purchased tonight unfortunately. Basically the ambience and aesthetic will be the draw back for my group but the cookies are just ok. read more

We got here at 8:30 pm (they close at midnight) and there was a handwritten sign on the door saying they were closed till 9 even though there were employees inside. Someone walked up and they let him in so everybody else who was waiting (at least 10 people) walked up and they let in two more people but no one else. Once we could get in at 8:55 we found out they were out of everything except two cookies. (They're still open for another 3 hours though) Also turns out they only had mini cookies left for one of them after we already ordered regular ones. Although they did give us 6 minis to replace two regulars. They never even unlocked the doors either. Customers had to keep letting other people in. They should have at least put a sign on the door saying they only had two left instead of being closed. read more

The cookies are ok but not as good as homemade. They are too filling to even finish a whole one. I was also very disappointed by the false advertising on their app with regard to the milk. The app clearly shows Darigold chocolate milk and white milk. Darigold is perhaps the most delicious brand of chocolate milk in the country, but it is not local to this region. I thought they must have some special way of getting Darigold in Minnesota so I ordered five milks. Alas! The milk they sell here is in fact just True Moo, a chocolate milk not worth drinking. Sold out of cookie I wanted after I placed order inside of restaurant so I asked for a refund. I never got the refund so I called them and was told I would receive a full refund in 3-5 days. I never did so I called back and requested another refund and I finally received a partial refund and am still waiting on the rest. I also had to wait 40 minutes for 2 cookies. They brought me someone else's order and I said it wasn't mine then they realized they basically forgot me. They never showed me my cookies or wished me a happy holiday like they did with every other customer in there at the time. So, I was super excited to see a Crumbl cookies open in Rochester, MN. However, the practices around their ordering process need revision. I placed an order for curbside pick up early in the morning in anticipation of picking them up after work. I found that flavors selected when I placed my order aren't guaranteed when I went to pick them up at the selected time. They had an employee come to my car to inform me half of the cookies ordered aren't available anymore. I'm pretty displeased with this practice and I wasn't the only one in the parking lot upset. This should be clearly listed on their app that flavors aren't guaranteed when placing an order online. My 3:30 pick up time ended up being closer to 4pm, as well. The second time I went to Crumbl Cookies the service was even worse than the first time! First time I placed an order at 8am for 4pm pick up and when we got there they didn't have the all cookies we ordered (4)... even though we placed our order at 8am. Told them to cancel my order which they did and we still got charged for it anyway. Manager offered a free cookie to us for our next order. So we placed a second order two weeks later, didn't believe us that the manager had approved a free cookie. To top it off- they got our second order wrong too. At this point we didn't even bother calling to let them know and we just took the loss. Will not be going here again- rather just get Costco cookies at this point. Flavor wise- good but not great. Two stars because I understand how busy they got while preparing my order. However mind you I had a catering order that I made with anticipation a week before the day of pick up. I am slightly disappointing too at the lack of empathy shown towards being 30 min late with my catering order. Seeing everyone leave the store with their orders but me felt frustrating as well. I was able to observe hard working people at the back during my time there trying to get the cookies ready, and I appreciate that. This company has ZERO customer service. I called to order for our team at work. I placed my order and paid 2 weeks prior to the pick up date. I spoke directly with the manager and made the arrangements. She said just put in an online order with the information in the comments. After placing the order online, I called her and confirmed again that everything was clear. I have checked in with them 5, yes you read that right 5 times over the last 2 weeks and when I arrived to pick them up yesterday, they said and I quote "Oh...we saw that order but didn't know what to do so we didn't bake them" ARE YOU KIDDING ME. If you had questions, you should have called or told me one of the 5 times I called!-- they make sure they have your phone number to complete the order. When they asked the manager, she denied any knowledge of the order or speaking to me! I agreed to wait one more day for the cookies, as we were handing them out at the meeting the next day. My husband picked them up an hour before my meeting and brought them to me at work! They still weren't ready...unbelievable! What kind of company is this. I did my diligence here and still they make me look incompetent to my superiors!!! I will never recommend anyone go here for anything! Hy-Vee cookies are way less expensive, taste just as good, and they care about getting orders right and taking care of their customers! ~Never AGAIN!
