Inside - look at those huge mixers!

I had to see what the hype was all about at this place! I was even reluctant to try due to the price (~$4 single cookie). But I figured the wrap around line on a daily basis was for a reason. And boy am I glad I did! My group went in on a party box (dozen) together. We tried each flavor offered for this week. The menu changes weekly, by the way. These cookies are MASSIVE! And they are seriously the BEST I've ever had now (sorry grandma)! They are plump and soft and gooey, yet with a slight crisp on the outside. Then they too some of them with frosting and goodies - and they're not skimpy about it either. I can only eat 1/4 cookie at a time. They are so rich and delightful. Getting a group to go in on a dozen to bring the price down to less than $3 a cookie makes these totally worth it! Heck, I would be down to pay $4-5 each if just passing by. Oh! And they deliver and cater too!

Making cooking dough and checking the temperature of the butter. That means they check for quality! Nice!

Soooo glad this cookie company has made it to Knoxville - I've been wondering when it would happen! I visited on Saturday, the day after the Grand Opening, and there was still a line out the door at 10:30 AM. This week's cookies were delicious. My fave was the Walnut Fudge cookie. It reminded me of a childhood snack I would have with a packed lunch...a Little Debbie Fudge Brownie! I can't wait to see which cookies they have next week. Everything is so good! The service is always so friendly and fast. We wanted to try the cookies while they were still warm, so we forgot to take a picture before we dug in. A 6 pack is around $21 before tax and tip, so maybe kind of expensive for cookies, but they are HUGE! We divided them into 4 pieces. I can't even eat an entire half at once. The S'mores cookie is still our fave, so I'm anxiously awaiting their return. Until then though, I guess I'll have to keep trying to find a new favorite. I haven't found anything I don't like here yet. The store is clean and it's cute inside. However, I suggest trying to order ahead for curbside because everyone is usually packed in the front and there's not much room.

A box of sinful bliss!

Last night one of my co-workers brought in a box of deliciousness from Crumbl Cookies in Clinton TN. We opened the box the cookies are huge we decided to cut in quarters tasting the same cookie at the same time and sharing how we liked it! It was fun! The Milk Chocolate Chip was first it was thick and rich but I enjoyed the vanilla flavor and that it melted in my mouth with just the right amount of chips. The Raspberry Cheese cake were gone :( so we watch someone devour it. Saying it was amazing! Lemon Poppy Seed you could see the poppy seeds and a glaze over it. The lemon was within and out of this soft cookie. Lemon curd surprise with in. Tasted to me like lemon meringue pie. French Silk Pie was like a huge thick round brownie tart cookie with a chocolate mousse and a cream and chocolate curls, good but not dreamy. Carmel Popcorn OMG at first we all were not gonna share because of so much frosting. Oh were we wrong it was so good! Buttery Carmel cookie with a dreamy creamy Carmel topping tasted like a bit of creamed cheese drizzled Carmel and Carmel corn atop Damn good! Apparently they change flavors weekly. Go online and check them out! Caramel Popcorn

Today is the day! Grand Opening! Located in front of Kroger, next to Super Chix, on Cinton Hwy.

Crumbl Cookie is almost everything you want in a bougie cookie store. Top quality ingredients and creativity does lend way to top price, however, I believe it's worth it. It is a national chain which comes with its own pros and cons, but for the most part they put out an absolutely incredible product. I did go opening day at 7am and am so glad I did. The cookies are HUGE. If you get a box as I did, make sure you have friends lined up to help you eat them. We found eating about half a cookie was satisfying enough to not get too overwhelmed in the moment. I LOVE that they have both an app and a digital ordering station in store. Sometimes it's nice to just run in and introvert. I would really like to see them expand their brand a little and somehow incorporate some gluten free, dairy free and nut free options.

I came on a Monday before lunch hours and it wasn't packed. I wanted to see what the hype was about. I'm not even gonna make this long. I love their inside operation, nice decor, nice staff, nice box .....But, the cookies don't need this much hype. Out of 4 cookies I only liked the peanut butter chocolate chip and that blue cookie tasted like toothpaste. Anyway, will I recommend it to others? Sure. Will I go again ? No

The Instagram photos always made my mouth water and I wished we had one in Knoxville and now we do! Waited 30 minutes in line due to the grand opening hype and it was worth it! We had the lemon blueberry one, the snickerdoodle one, the vanilla pancake one, and the orange creamsicle one.

Had never heard of this company until my birthday this weekend but OMG, these cookies are amazing! This was a gift that was delivered by my sister and they arrived promptly and were packaged perfectly! The aroma was incredible! 10/10 would recommend!

The freshest cookies in all of Knoxville! They are moist, served warm and oozing with deliciousness. Guaranteed to have you wanting and coming back for more!

The employees were all amazing so helpful and nice. It was super busy as it was opening day and only 1 party going in at a time but we'll worth it!

I was at Cookie Bakery Store name Crumbl Cookies yesterday. I got 12 cookies and 1 8 Oz ice cream yesterday.

Crumbl was okay, it was overpriced for okay cookies, I feel it's just a trend, not actually good.

Staff was nice, cookies were not cooked all the way through, only slight crispiness in the outer rim. Maybe just a bad batch

More importantly, it's totally worth it. We got a box of goodies and they were all fantastic. You can taste the quality of the products they use. You can taste the butter. It's just lovely. My husband also really liked his latte. We sat inside and ate some of our goodies. We took the rest home for my mum for Mother's Day. My family loved them, too. Nice space. We also bought some whole wheat flour as a gift while there. Will absolutely go back when I'm in the area.

If I'd had more time, I would have loved hanging out here for a while. I only managed to get here about 45 minutes to close, so their selection was understandably if somewhat disappointingly quite picked over. I wound up with a cranberry oat scone and a blueberry and raspberry hand tart. The employee was very pleasant and warm. I appreciated her eagerness to help and positive attitude despite my late arrival. The baked goods sadly didn't really live up to my expectations. The cranberry oat scone was the much better of the two; it was pleasantly sweet and had the proper scone texture and only a little dry. Unfortunately, the hand tart had several edges that I discovered later had been burnt. This impacted the flavor of the whole item and sadly diminished it greatly. The fruit filling was tasty at least, though I didn't get much raspberry from it -- mostly blueberry. I'd be down to try again in the future, just would come earlier in the day when the selection is a bit larger and the products available are a bit more "choice," let's say. I appreciated the kind service and lovely vibes!

Haven't had pastrami in a while so I had to order the Pastrami Reuben and the presentation was great with how it was stacked! Between the sauce and the sauerkraut the flavors were all good and I enjoyed the taste of the pastrami when I found it, but the bread to meat ratio was so high I mostly tasted the burned crust of the bread and very few bites of pastrami. It was one slice of pastrami, not a thin slice but not what you hope for when you bite into true Jewish deli pastrami, which are normally bursting at the seems with meat. Marble rye is hard not to burn and they did a good job for the most part, but I tasted more crust than I did pastrami, and for $18 I wonder if this sandwich was more a charge for the hype. The blintzes were also smaller than one would expect of a blintz but I absolutely loved the compote on top.
