I walked in and wasn't greeted but that's not why I'm giving this review a 2 star rating. The young lady who prepared my cookie just plopped my cookie down turned around and walked away. Horrible customer service. It's as if me coming in was inconveniencing the establishment. After walking back to my car I tried picking the cookie up and it just fell apart. Very disappointed. The only reason I gave it a 2 stars is because despite the horrendous customer service and the cookie breaking apart so easily it he taste was good. I don't understand these young employees attitudes. You should be grateful that you have a job. Lots of young and respectable teens are looking for jobs. I'm not sure if your employer isn't treating you right or what the problem is but something has to change. read more

I always enjoy the cookies. But recently the last few Crumbl locations I've been to the entrance is nasty. And this location tacked on to that same gross feeling. Old mats that smells nasty with sour dirty water. Floors and walls and windows dirty. We have to do better than this especially in the food industry. I love how they change their cookie flavors weekly and are always cranking out hot and fresh cookies. My faves are the classic chocolate chip, pop-tart, funfetti, the galaxy brownie,, and any cupcake flavor. These cookies must trys! Now if you're a cookie and ice cream type of person, try the ice cream...and tell me how it taste. I wouldn't know what to do without time to make up my mind what I wanted to order. Crumbl started in 2017 in Utah. They now have over 152 different flavors and from what I understand one chef invents the quirky ones. Nothing is iced until ordered and you can request no icing if that is your preference. Mom and I went with churro - cinnamonly delicious (my 2nd fave following key lime), German chocolate - a super rich chocolate cookie covered in the traditional German chocolate icing, chocolate chip, and very berry - this is berry, berry good. A cornbread type cookie rolled in Cap'n Crunch cereal. There is ample parking. read more
