Ain't nothing like a crumbl cookie to ruin your diet and make you dance all in the same moment. These cookies are ADDICTIVE. Like scratching the side of your arm to get a fix addictive. I love how they change their cookie flavors weekly and are always cranking out hot and fresh cookies. My faves are the classic chocolate chip, pop-tart, funfetti, the galaxy brownie,, and any cupcake flavor. These cookies must trys! Now if you're a cookie and ice cream type of person, try the ice cream...and tell me how it taste. The ice cream always looks delicious as they seem to lair well with each cookie of the week.Now, I haven't tried the ice cream yet, but hopefully one day soon I'll update my review and let yall know about it. read more

I walked in and wasn't greeted but that's not why I'm giving this review a 2 star rating. The young lady who prepared my cookie just plopped my cookie down turned around and walked away. Horrible customer service. It's as if me coming in was inconveniencing the establishment. After walking back to my car I tried picking the cookie up and it just fell apart. Very disappointed. The only reason I gave it a 2 stars is because despite the horrendous customer service and the cookie breaking apart so easily it he taste was good. I don't understand these young employees attitudes. You should be grateful that you have a job. Lots of young and respectable teens are looking for jobs. I'm not sure if your employer isn't treating you right or what the problem is but something has to change. read more

I always enjoy the cookies. But recently the last few Crumbl locations I've been to the entrance is nasty. And this location tacked on to that same gross feeling. Old mats that smells nasty with sour dirty water. Floors and walls and windows dirty. We have to do better than this especially in the food industry. Crumbl, I'm a loyal customer who uses you OFTEN for work. But I won't keep coming if this is the cleanliness levels you allow. The smell was enough to make me leave in a hurry. read more

I am really heated right now. I went to try out crumbl by my home and i ordered online and my order was cheesecake biscotti 3 mini well I get there my order isn't ready they said we have to make them can you come back in hour or you want a refund so I said I would come back in an hour I get back a 2nd time my order still isn't ready they said come back in 30 mins or you can have a refund so I said I will go shop at store next door come back you guessed it still not ready for the 3 lrd time young lady apologized for said 13 more mins so I stayed and waited then they bring it to me and it one cookie but I ordered 3 mini but I took it because I was like I refuse to waste my time and get nothing. I was very disappointed in the service I waited all that time back and forth to get nothing even what I ordered and the girl said everyone has bad days but they had 3 opportunities to get it right they are always sold out of what you want. Nothing like a 4 pack of big ole cookies to brighten your day! There was a line when arriving at the newest local location of Crumbls but it moved super fast. I wouldn't know what to do without time to make up my mind what I wanted to order. Crumbl started in 2017 in Utah. They now have over 152 different flavors and from what I understand one chef invents the quirky ones. Nothing is iced until ordered and you can request no icing if that is your preference. Mom and I went with churro - cinnamonly delicious (my 2nd fave following key lime), German chocolate - a super rich chocolate cookie covered in the traditional German chocolate icing, chocolate chip, and very berry - this is berry, berry good. A cornbread type cookie rolled in Cap'n Crunch cereal. There is ample parking. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. After a few tastes, I landed on Sweet Cream and Cookie Crush--and wow. The sweet cream was classic and comforting, instantly reminding me of my grandmother's homemade ice cream. The cookie crush brought bold flavor: rich, house-made dark chocolate cookies folded into salty vanilla ice cream. The perfect balance of sweet, salty, and indulgent. Pros: Warm and happy aesthetic, heavenly cone smells, and super friendly staff. Cons: The inside is a bit small with limited seating--but during warmer days, the outdoor patio offers plenty of space to enjoy your scoop. I will absolutely be returning to Melt.
