Its been a while since i have been to Crumbl. The viral Dubai chocolate brownie dropped today. I feel like Crumbl wasnt ready for the mass crowds that would be excited for this drop. To be honest, I never imagined lines being wrapped around the store and outside the door. I almost left but decided to put an order for pickup in because the system said it would only be a 6 min wait. It took over an hour after I came up as as next after being 3rd in line. I ended up walking in and getting my order. They didn't have anyone running the pick up orders out. The employees were doing their best to keep up with the demand. They still all had smiles on their faces too which was nice. They were also friendly, helpful and apologized for the wait. Was the Dubai brownie worth it? 100 percent YES! Please keep this in regular rotation. It's so good. The cheesecake was very good as well! read more

We haven't been here for a while so decided to come grab a cookie, particularly for our pup's birthday. Unfortunately, the didn't have the sugar cookies with pink frosting that we wanted. We went with the cake batter cookie with cream frosting that was good. Overall, we had a quick pick up visit. read more

Crumbl is the best. There's always something delicious baking here. This location is very clean and everyone who works here is in a good mood. I would be too if I worked around cookies all day. Some cookies of course haven't been my favorite but most are really good. Their cakes have also become a big hit with my family. Crumbl Cookies Salted Caramel Cheesecake: Crumbl's official description for this cookie is " A graham cracker cookie topped with cheesecake frosting, caramel, and sea salt." Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts and going one step further, the Salted Caramel Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (CF) is one of my all-time favorites. That said, I've been patiently waiting to try this one from my local Crumbl for a while. The cookie is dense, satisfyingly chewy, and cool (it's served chilled). There's just a hint of graham cracker flavor to the cookie, but it might also just be overpowered by the real stars of the show: salted caramel & cream cheese frosting. Crumbl acolytes know the power of that phenomenal cream cheese frosting and this time there's an additional layer of caramel. As expected, the caramel is sweet, sticky, and chewy. If I have one complaint about the cookie it's this, mine did not really have much sea salt. Crumbl's stock photo shows a caramel pool teeming with sea salt and if you look closely at mine there are only a few specs of salt. This can be forgiven as the cookie is just so damn good! Catering order or if you are ordering a large quantity I have found out this store cuts cost by not ordering the Crumbl cookie bags for catering. They use whatever cardboard boxes they can find around the store from toilet paper or cleaning supplies. If they don't have any spare boxes get ready for multiple trips to carry out all your cookies. If you are ordering a small amount of cookies this place is good to go to but be aware on large quantity purchases at this location. read more

I love this location! Today was probably my 5th or 6th time visiting this store and it's always the best. ALL the workers truly work so hard, you can see how hard they work! The store was very clean, the bathrooms were also clean! My kids and I came in for 2 cookies, we were in and out within maybe 5 minutes? And we had to wait since we had 2 people ahead of us! But being the only one in the store you kinda would think it's habit Anyways I wasn't sure not to order and the girl who took my order just asked me what do I want so I pulled out my phone to look at their website how to order. Like is it just a la carte? Is there packs? Well I didn't see the menu to the left of me til after I paid. ‍ The cookies itself is yummy. Cookie flavors rotate every week so that's cool! Raw cookie dough and poor customer service. I used to love this place, especially since tsp raised their prices. Recently, i got 3 cookies. And two were raw didnt want to try the third after that. I called to let them know and spoke to Colby, and he said to email them photos, so I did. They never replied, so I reached out. He said that based on the photos, they disagree that they are raw. Said thays how they make them! So sad as I used to recommend this place. After that type of customer service, I can't recommend them anymore. So, instead of offering any solution, they lost a regular customer. Good luck with that type of service! read more

Cookies are good but the employees that work here do not have adequate training in customer service or time management. They appear to have no sense of urgency or any kind of awareness for customer orders when they are submitted through the system. I believe if management worked on this locations time management skills and customer service it would easily be a 5 star location. read more
