Everyone here has been nice and efficient! The cookies are yummy and we like this location!

Its been a while since i have been to Crumbl. The viral Dubai chocolate brownie dropped today. I feel like Crumbl wasnt ready for the mass crowds that would be excited for this drop. To be honest, I never imagined lines being wrapped around the store and outside the door. I almost left but decided to put an order for pickup in because the system said it would only be a 6 min wait. It took over an hour after I came up as as next after being 3rd in line. I ended up walking in and getting my order. They didn't have anyone running the pick up orders out. The employees were doing their best to keep up with the demand. They still all had smiles on their faces too which was nice. They were also friendly, helpful and apologized for the wait. Was the Dubai brownie worth it? 100 percent YES! Please keep this in regular rotation. It's so good. The cheesecake was very good as well! read more

I was super excited to use my Crumbl cash for my son and get him a Minecraft cookie as a surprise delivery. I see it was while supplies last but 2 of the designs were marked as sold out so I figured the others had the supplies. We were super bummed out when we got our cookie without the Minecraft design. I called the store to question and I now understand a cookie won't be marked as sold out unless they can't make the flavor. I assumed the design mattered too, my mistake. but the customer service is what I'm upset with. The girl on the phone really sounded like she did not care at all which I'm sure she doesn't, but I guess try to pretend for the sake of customer service?? I felt she was snarky and rude. Didn't appreciate her tone. Not a good way to build relationships with customers. read more

Great cookies. Fast delivery. Great staff also. Great for birthday celebrations at the office.

We haven't been here for a while so decided to come grab a cookie, particularly for our pup's birthday. Unfortunately, the didn't have the sugar cookies with pink frosting that we wanted. We went with the cake batter cookie with cream frosting that was good. Overall, we had a quick pick up visit. read more

Chocolate cake in the rotation this week. Yum-O. One of my favorites I'd been having trouble with the review link and customer support was able to help me out. Now I can go back to getting my free crumbs for reviews. Thank you read more

I'm writing this review on behalf on my African American husband who was at this location to pick up a door dash order. He asked the manager Rebecca if he could use the restroom. After he finished and was in the parking lot getting ready to leave, the manager Rebecca ran out and asked him to go back in and wipe the toilet seat off and accused him of peeing on it. She did it in-front of other customers. He told her he had only washed his hands. She then tried to say she was in there right before him. So does that mean that she went in right after him as well?? Why would that be?? I feel he was racially profiled and this was very inappropriate behavior on the managers part! read more

Crumbl is the best. There's always something delicious baking here. This location is very clean and everyone who works here is in a good mood. I would be too if I worked around cookies all day. Some cookies of course haven't been my favorite but most are really good. Their cakes have also become a big hit with my family. The mini's are also great as you can try more flavors without committing to huge cookies. Ordering ahead is so easy and thank you for the rewards giving us freebies consistently. read more

Delicious cookies , place is always clean, and fast service, staff is always friendly!

Crumbl Cookies Salted Caramel Cheesecake: Crumbl's official description for this cookie is " A graham cracker cookie topped with cheesecake frosting, caramel, and sea salt." Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts and going one step further, the Salted Caramel Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (CF) is one of my all-time favorites. That said, I've been patiently waiting to try this one from my local Crumbl for a while. The cookie is dense, satisfyingly chewy, and cool (it's served chilled). There's just a hint of graham cracker flavor to the cookie, but it might also just be overpowered by the real stars of the show: salted caramel & cream cheese frosting. Crumbl acolytes know the power of that phenomenal cream cheese frosting and this time there's an additional layer of caramel. As expected, the caramel is sweet, sticky, and chewy. If I have one complaint about the cookie it's this, mine did not really have much sea salt. Crumbl's stock photo shows a caramel pool teeming with sea salt and if you look closely at mine there are only a few specs of salt. This can be forgiven as the cookie is just so damn good! Like the Salted Caramel Cheesecake from the CF, Crumbl's Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie is one of their best. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews My Top Crumbl Cookies: 1. Caramel Popcorn 2. Curbside is easy and quick. Cookies come out fresh and perfect. Just wish they delivered to my house.

Catering order or if you are ordering a large quantity I have found out this store cuts cost by not ordering the Crumbl cookie bags for catering. They use whatever cardboard boxes they can find around the store from toilet paper or cleaning supplies. If they don't have any spare boxes get ready for multiple trips to carry out all your cookies. If you are ordering a small amount of cookies this place is good to go to but be aware on large quantity purchases at this location. read more

Crumbl - Centennial - Large quantity order no bags and only had 1 spare box from cleaning supplies for single boxed cookies that the workers provided. - Desserts Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I love this location! Today was probably my 5th or 6th time visiting this store and it's always the best. ALL the workers truly work so hard, you can see how hard they work! The store was very clean, the bathrooms were also clean! My kids and I came in for 2 cookies, we were in and out within maybe 5 minutes? And we had to wait since we had 2 people ahead of us! So it was very quick experience w very yummy cookies! Always an amazing time at Crumbl!! Thanks for the amazing quick service and yummy delicious cookies! read more

Raw cookie dough and poor customer service. I used to love this place, especially since tsp raised their prices. Recently, i got 3 cookies. And two were raw didnt want to try the third after that. I called to let them know and spoke to Colby, and he said to email them photos, so I did. They never replied, so I reached out. He said that based on the photos, they disagree that they are raw. Said thays how they make them! So sad as I used to recommend this place. After that type of customer service, I can't recommend them anymore. So, instead of offering any solution, they lost a regular customer. Good luck with that type of service! read more

First time experience wasn't good. Walked in and wasn't really greeted. But that's okay I get it not everyone is going to say hi. But being the only one in the store you kinda would think it's habit Anyways I wasn't sure not to order and the girl who took my order just asked me what do I want so I pulled out my phone to look at their website how to order. Like is it just a la carte? Is there packs? Well I didn't see the menu to the left of me til after I paid. ‍ The cookies itself is yummy. Cookie flavors rotate every week so that's cool! You can earn rewards each time you order. I got the chocolate covered strawberry, biscoff, animal cookie, and Reese's peanut butter cookie sandwich. 4 cookies for $16 They also offer mini cookies but there was a 15 minute wait for those and I didn't have the time. There's a fridge with milk and water to add to your order, which I thought was cute. Looks and smells clean read more

Fast and friendly service, the quality of the cookies are excellent! The store was very clean!

Cookies are good but the employees that work here do not have adequate training in customer service or time management. They appear to have no sense of urgency or any kind of awareness for customer orders when they are submitted through the system. I believe if management worked on this locations time management skills and customer service it would easily be a 5 star location. read more
