5 stars for the cake and flavor -3 stars for the cake decorator who decided to change the name on our $50 cake from Happy Birthday Papa Lazaro to Happy Birthday Papa Lazardo. No apology. No offering to redo the engraving. Just a "I guess the decorator messed up." This is the service you receive when you hire kids who were never taught personal pride in your work. So disappointing. read more

This lonely Baskin Robbins is still kickin'! The Mc Donalds in the corner of the plaza & Chino's (check my review for them as well...so good) are probably the only thriving businesses in the center. It's a shame too bc this Baskin Robins is always consistently great. Clean, friendly employees, fast service and always classic delicious ice cream. My husband stops in for a double scoop waffle cone every month or so as a treat and he's transported back to his childhood with every tasty bite. They were out of the regular coffee flavor so he tried a coffee crunch situation they offered and he really liked it. Probably one of his new go-to's. Don't let the looks of the desolate plaza fool you. Baskin Robins still has reliably tasty ice cream for you and the fam. read more

Purchased a cake for my son's birthday. It was a smaller cake because there were hardly any choices with Oreo ice cream. So, we had no choice but to get a smaller cake and I still wanted a "Happy Bday" and my son's nickname on there which is shorter. I asked if she could add the name to the side of the cake, where there is ample space. For the life of me, sis could not. She made a few mistakes and could not even cover it up. The cake also tasted funny. Like it's been in the freezer for awhile. read more

Went two days ago, there were flies inside and customer service was trash. I stood in line for a while, the girl working skipped me and started helping the people behind me. I waited a few more minutes, still no help. When I pointed out that I was skipped, the employee had a horrible attitude. Definitely not coming back to this place. read more

For my birthday I usually love an ice cream pie, but this year I did things differently- I got a 3 scoop sundae (jamoca almond & cherry jubilee) and a pint (daiquiri ice). My husband got a 3 scoop sundae of his own. It was all quite delicious. This was ordered through a delivery service, so I can't comment on the staff or decor... but I can say the food was pure perfection. As anyone in Las Vegas can tell you - our summers are sweltering hot, and some days there is nothing more perfect than a good ice cream treat. Having this ice cream was a bit of my own personal happy bliss! read more

I came to get the 80¢ ice cream but when I arrived you guys were closed an hour earlier than posted. I get if y'all were understaffed or something but put up a sign and that you have to close early. It confuses people and wastes their time. Hopefully I can see you improve with this. read more

Your store is the closest to my residence, the staff is always friendly and efficient which I appreciate, however it is obvious that your floors have not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. If what the customer sees is that filthy, what must it be like where we can't see? Please clean your floors, windows, tables and walls. Thanks read more

It's a great place to have something cold and the food is pretty good, but there needs to be a system of taking customers ... In my opinion, if there was the black divider strips that most places use to separate the customers and line, or a sign saying "Please wait Here till its Your Turn" then it would go smoothly. It would help not only the customers trying to finish ordering but to those working as well. It'll allow the current family to finish up and a new family to order. It'll also help with the clustering of customers that do come in. It'll be a great system if it were to happen. I'll still keep going, but if I get overpowered by another family that couldn't wait an extra five minutes, then I'll go somewhere else that's more systematic. read more

This place fucking sucks. Every time I order Uber eats, I get Cookie Monster and icing on a cake. They NEVER give me the right flavors. They give me icing on a cake and something different. The one time I order icing on a cake and a different flavor, THEY GIVE ME TWO SCOOPS OF ICING ON A CAKE. My boyfriend ordered three flavors, one of them being Cookie Monster and he actually got COOKIE FUCKING MONSTER. I said I wouldn't order Cookie Monster this time because all the times I've ordered it, they give me a DIFFERENT flavor. What a surprise, THEY HAD COOKIE FUCKING MONSTER THE ONE TIME I DONT ORDER IT. do you know how fucking frustrating that is!! read more

Birthday cake is very good.my son love it very much. Store is very clean .the employees are nice.

Who doesn't love 31 flavors!! I've been here twice in the past two weeks because I had birthday cakes to pick up. As soon as you open the adorable pink spoon door handle the delicious smell of freshly made waffles cones hit your senses. Mmmm! They haven't changed one bit since I was a kid and I love it. This is an extremely well mainted shop that is kept clean with no traces of sticky ice cream on any of the tables. The staff has been very friendly every time I stopped in and my ice cream cakes were perfect. It's in an almost empty shopping center so it's very easy to miss. Love this ice cream shop and glad I found it. read more

Once a month I bring my kids here for an after school, end of the month reward. We always get pretty good service, but today was exceptional. I didn't get the employees name (he was the only one in the front of the store working a solo shift) but he took his time and made my kids feel extra special. They love the creature creations and were excited to get their ice cream, along with super cute party hats. This particular visit, they enjoyed the experience more than the ice cream. I enjoy going mainly for their cakes. They always have the perfect cake for the occasion I am celebrating. There are many different styles to choose from with different flavors. If you need them to write on it, they are more than happy to with no charge. Prices for the ice cream cakes are do-able and come in all kinds of sizes. They also make great sundaes and they use hot fudge rather than that chocolate syrup stuff. If you're like me and like your hot fudge sundaes with real hot fudge, then you'll appreciate this tip. read more

I was really taken aback by how friendly the employees were. It was like, Wow! Why are you so endearingly nice right now? And we even went towards closing, and they were still sweetie pies. I only got a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream, but the employee did me a solid and did her best to maximize that one scoop. Thank you, kind ladies of Baskin Robbins! Right after my visit I signed up for the BR email club and text club. My latest email offer has been a BOGO for a cone of oreo cake ice cream. The last text I got was for a 31% off a sundae (text offers are only sent on the 31st of the month). This Baskin Robbins is located off Decatur and Lone Mountain in the desolate shopping center that houses a Roberto's, Little Caesar's, and a Sears Outlet. SUPER happy with this location! Excellent flavor choices in the pre-pack case too! Welcoming and helpful staff, even when really busy! We will for sure be back, because you can get pre-packs of GOOD ice cream here for less than what you'd pay for marginal ice cream at the grocery store - that's MY opinion, but now that I've found this out, I'm sharing the info!! I was reminded of birthday cakes too, as I watched a few be picked up that looked terrific and I can't forget to mention the waffle cone smell as soon as you walk in this sparkling clean shop! I didn't have a full cone, but took a smidge off one of the kids cones and I was in heaven - brought me back to childhood for sure! read more

We had a great experience at this location. The employees were friendly and helpful. I really like how allergens are listed on the names of each flavor. The employees let us sample many flavors. I've loved Baskin-Robbins for as long as I can remember, so this review was pretty much a no-brainer. I don't recall ever going to grab a cake/smoothie/milkshake, as I'm definitely more of an ice cream gal. Currently, due to COVID-19, they aren't allowing anyone to dine in and all the chairs are stacked up. They also aren't allowing samples, which is understandable. However, my gripes are that the app is basically useless after you get that free scoop you get when you sign up initially and nowhere can you find the flavours that are in stock the day you want to go. I've gone twice now and the Lemon flavour (which is my absolute, all-time favourite) is not available. I asked about it's unavailability the second time and apparently it's seasonal. Shouldn't this be listed somewhere or at least taken off the website when it's out of season? Other than that, service is good and the ice cream is even better! read more

What can I say, I love B&R or 31 flavors, as it was known back in the day when I was a kid ;) It was always a welcome alternative treat to Thrifty's. Anytime I see or visit a B&R, It just takes me back to a time when everything was so much simpler. I would always order Daiquiri Ice or Cherries Jubilee. Lol, I know what you're thinking...not typical flavors a kid would order, considering they both contain rum flavoring. What can I say, I had refined tastes as a child ;) Fast Forward to the present...Nowadays I usually get Mint Chocolate Chip, or during the Christmas holiday season, it's Peppermint or during the month of February, Love Potion 31. However, this particular day that I visited this location, I was craving a hot fudge sundae. The staff here is nice & they definitely keep a clean establishment. It wasn't too busy either, which was good. But, they did pick up a little after I sat down to enjoy my frozen treat. I hope everyone enjoyed my nostalgic trip/review down memory lane. read more

This was by far the worst banana split I've ever seen. I haven't been here in a couple months since their scoop sizes turned into spoon bite sizes. I don't know why my banana split wasn't SPLIT, I asked her because I noticed once she was adding the topping and she said, "we don't always have to split the banana." This was a pathetic banana topped with three one bite sized scoops I hope the owners see this and retrains their staff. They also charged us before even asking what scoops we wanted which was very strange as I ended up not being happy with my banana split and couldn't leave since we were forced to pay before I even saw how terrible it'd be. I'd never come back to this location or recommend anyone going. read more

Ordered an ice cream cake online for Father's Day... It was ready the very next day at 11:00am. I had paid for it and everything online... Even was able to use a coupon code and when it was time for pick up, not only was it all ready , but everything was right. The filling he Oreo ice cream and tasted delicious. The fun Father's Day theme of the beer was a big hit as well. I have bought cakes in the past from other places that look fantastic but taste gross and this one not only looked great but was really good. It was all gone in one day! Thank u , I will definitely be ordering from u guys again!! Would definitely recommend to others! Had to update my review. Ordered another cake from this same location 3 days in advance and this one was more expensive. It was for my aunts 50th Birthday. Needed it ready by 1:00pm. Husband went at 1 on day of pick up.. The girl said she is just finished the cake and it didn't have time to set and it was up to him if he wanted to take it or not but that it might melt and wouldn't be able to touch anything .... Like wth!!! So of course he didn't take it right then. Unfortunately we couldn't push it later than another hour, went back at 2pm to get it, brought it to my aunts and her purse cake was lopsided . It was a huge disappointment . Why would a 1:00pm pickup time with 3 days notice not be sufficient ?? Definitely a let down. read more
