I brought my six-year-old grandson to this location since he's a big fan of frozen yogurt. Of course, he made a huge yogurt mess by choosing almost every flavor and every topping, but it was his creation and that's all that mattered. $12 for one yogurt, OK it looks like we're sharing! We chose a table to sit and was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a complete area of games to play while you're enjoying your yogurt. it was really a lot of fun and gave us both an opportunity to connect on a different level. Upon entry, they have a very nice little sanitizing station so you can put on gloves before touching all the levers and spoons - I think this is a great idea regardless if covid was even a thing! I tried mostly pomegranate raspberry tart with a little plop of strawberry, mango, & pineapple flavors as well. All were very fresh and tasty. Does anyone else come here often, get the same thing, & the prices are different? Really wish I would have been collecting my receipts from here. Maybe I'll look through my bank statements, but I get less every time I come here and yet price seems to go up. I get the EXACT same thing every time! Last time I came I paid $16 for two cups, one literally had no toppings and wasn't even half full. The other only had a scoop of M&M's and again, less than half full. Today, I went to purchase the same thing and total came out to $20! I ended up only buying one because I had a $5 off coupon & still paid $4 for frozen yogurt with 0 toppings. I had the girl weight the other one by itself and $10 for not even a full cup with ONE topping. This used to be our favorite place, but sadly we can no longer afford to come here. Omg! Who runs this place? We walked in and lady with pink hair greeted us EVEN THO she was busy. They have sanitizer, and glove stations available. When a crowd came and left right away they cleaned ALL THE YOGURT HANDLES! clean the add on section as well! This has to be the cleanest food establishment I have ever eaten at! Fantastic job ladies! First impressions, a very clean place ,well organized, and a lot of goodies. As you come in one of the first things that will catch your attention are the pastries, and dipped apples they have for sale. They were so many sweets you don't know what to choose. They have a good variety of frozen yogurt, you can get up to three flavors in one large cup and then top them off with as many toppings you want. What you do want to keep in mind is that you are paying by weight so the more toppings you get on your frozen yogurt the more expensive it gets. Overall this was a very good experience the place is very clean well-stocked and the customer service was very good, this is a nice little place to bring your family as well as the environment in there was that of a family atmosphere. Positive - Lots of room to sit down with your party, there were 6 of us and we were pretty comfortable sharing a table/booth combo and didn't feel the people sitting next to us were on top of us like in some other yogurt stores in the area. The product was good with a lot of flavor choices. This location also has a Rocky Mountain Chocolate store inside to help with variety. The staff was very friendly and attentive. What I thought was unique was they had two type of cookie dough toppings. Opportunities - Really not too bad, the store forgot to heat the chocolate and fudge toppings, but again once the staff was aware, the took care of the problem and apologized. And honestly, I feel that's about it. The yogurt is fine. Its frozen yogurt. Nothing bad, nothing special. Their covid practices are completely absurd. Every patron must disinfect and then put on plastic gloves before self serving. These are provided at disinfecting stations throughout the restaurant. Not only is this a complete waste of time given that covid by and large does not spread on surfaces, the environmental waste generated is just ridiculous. This would have been understandable in May of 2020 but times have changed folks, follow the science. read more

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. The only complaint I have is some of the other customers have little to no common sense. Keep in mind this incident was last summer during one of the busier days because the shop was hosting a deal. It is unreasonable to expect the staff to greet every customer that walks in. I bet this lady lives in her mansion made of marble and diamond and goes home to her head maid and butlers greeting her everyday. I swear every person who enters the store instantly loses the majority of their braincells and all common sense.
