Got a garlicky noodle with shrimp. Flavors on point, great portion for lunch, shrimp cookies perfectly, and of course so much garlic. A little pricy for what it is but it's quick and delicious and you can't beat that!

Pretty good egg rolls! I saw this truck in Newport Beach so just had to try. They also had noodle dishes and sandwiches.

We tried them at bottle logic and got the garlic noodles. Do you like garlic?! Well, then you should get them. I want more and I'm not even hungry.

Pork banh mi ($10) very good, packed w/ meat
Joe P.

I stopped by this food truck at my office complex at Lakeshore Towers. They offer Azn fuzn food at about $10 for mains. I ordered the chicken banh mi. After 15 min my buzzer notified me my food was ready. However, I was notified they ran out of chicken. I was mad at first bc they informed me 15 min later. But the owner was super apologetic and said my replacement was on the house. Contrast this with the rude attitude I got from 'Ai Pono Cafe after waiting 20 min where he told me, "You should have said something earlier". My replacement pork banh mi came up quickly. It was packed with meat. While it was missing some of normal veggies in a traditional banh mi (jicama & jalapeños), the meat was seasoned well. In addition, the bread held up well against all the moist ingredients: I was stuffed. Like I said, the service is the main reason for 4 Stars. When I picked up my sandwich the owner was again super apologetic and asked me to return so he can make it up to me. I will return solely based upon that comment. Hey, everyone makes mistakes. But making the customer feel good is what it is all about. I will definitely return when I don't have time to run out and get something. The food is tasty & hearty, and the owner is really cool.

Banh mi salad with chicken
Clay H.

Just ok... I thought a banh mi salad bowl sounded awesome. Wrong. This is a bowl of cabbage and cucumber with some chicken, a sprig of cilantro and a tiny bit of aioli(couldn't even taste it). Very bland. They could massively improve this so that it would taste more like banh mi. I would suggest adding some fresh sliced chilies(jalapeno or serranos), more cilantro, pickled daikon and carrots, chili sauce and way more aioli. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad food just didn't have much flavor.

Steak garlic noodles

Absolutely great. They were at Bottle Logic today. We just had lunch, but we all remembered how much we loved the garlic noodles the last time. We ordered a chicken, a steak, and a prawn garlic noodle to take home for later. Also got the egg rolls. They are amazing. The egg rolls are crispy and the shrimp inside are not overcooked. My favorite food truck. The whole family loves their food

This truck never disappoints!! Both people working here are always so nice and they know their returning customers!! After ordering the food they give a small beeper item that alerts you that your food is ready which beats them yelling your name and not catching it. The wait for the food is no longer than 7-8 minutes and it's always warm and delicious. Before they gave out a regular portion in a medium sized bowl and now they serve a much smaller portion with coleslaw(sad, I know). Their garlic noodles are superb though!! Highly recommend!!

The guy messed up my order and offered to give me my money back AND make me a new one. I refused since it was just a mistake, so he gave me free ice cream. An honest business. The food is delicious too.

Best spring rolls I've ever had, and I've had a lot This truck is an are favorite . With reasonably priced delicious hot made to order entrees. The couple/ owners operators and very friendly. They give you a beeper to let you know when your spectacular order is ready at the pick up window. It was so good that I went back 20 minutes later and got another order five stars all day keep up the good work, and thank you.

Pan-seared Chicken Rice Bowl packed to the brim
Mark Y.

The Crusin Fusion truck made a stop at an office complex next to mine and a coworker told me to try it out after he got the garlic noodles with prawns (which he said was stellar). I got the Pan-seared Chicken rice bowl, though, as I'm watching the diet a bit ;) Ordering was quick and easy and the Crusin Fusion staff are efficient! From ordering to pickup, I was only standing around for 5-7 minutes. This may lead you to question the freshness of the food but rest assured, the chicken was piping hot, rice fresh and steamy, and veggies crisp and refreshing. Really appreciated the hustle as I was on my lunch break The rice bowl was pretty good and the gochujang sauce really takes the bowl to another level - Creamy with a smidgen of spicy kick. Rice was actually really really good LOL, not soggy, not undercooked. What really surprised me was the veggies. The pickled carrots are reminiscent of those in Banh Mis and the cabbage gave each bite a lovely crunch. There were also julienned green onions and those, for me, were the star of the show. They really brought a great fresh zing (?) to counter the creamy gochujang sauce and they all complemented each other so well. Thanks Crusin Fusion for bringing some excitement and flavor to my (typically) mundane lunch break haha!

Karaage and beer are my One True Pairing, so I was very excited to see this truck when visiting The Bruery. The karaage was tasty and crispy, and adding-on the steak + egg helped satisfy the protein craving I built from sipping on Bruery brews. The karaage is served with a spicy aioli, which was mild; if you prefer extra spicy, be sure to ask for some sriracha!

Grilled chicken banh mi
Franny C.

Truck came to my company for lunch today. I had already checked out their website to see what the menu was and I decided on the grilled chicken banh mi with a sunny side up egg. Came out to be about $10 (I know, pricier than your local Lee's but hear me out on this.) Staff is super friendly. They are attentive and keep you updated on how long your food will take to get done. They gave me 10 minutes wait time but it finished in like 5 minutes. They make sure you're good to go before you head off to enjoy your meal. At first glance, the sandwich itself is pretty big and packed full of chicken. They do not skimp out on the protein. The grilled chicken was surprisingly juicy. Not dry at all. It wasn't salty either, and was well seasoned with a subtle smoky flavor. There's mayonnaise, pate, cucumber, cilantro, scallion, and pickled carrots and daikon in the sandwich, along with my added whole egg. The bread was fat; flaky and crisp on the outside, soft and light on the inside. It held everything up until the last bite. The egg was cooked perfectly that it ran along the inside of the sandwich and coated everything in that golden goodness. Overall the sandwich was full of flavor and everything went so well together. And I was stuffed after my meal. The only thing I have to really pick at is that I wish the pickles were just a tad more pickled. And maybe suggest fresh jalapenos for that extra kick? I also took a bite of my friend's chicken karaage, and it was super juicy (the pieces are actually pretty big). Such a great food truck experience with them! I can't wait to try them again!

The Raza box ($25) and monster box ($35) are my usual go to menu items, as they have an assortment of tacos and quesadilla. The taco is made with one corn tortilla that seems to have been dipped in consome beforehand and have a good amount of cheese and birria ratio. The quesadilla is packed with birria meat and the consome is the perfect pairing for all the items. I've seen specials occasionally on Instagram so it's worth to follow their page to get updates on their food truck status. Their location recently changed and it's in a not so convenient part of the business park, but the food is still great and their communication with customers should help with any new updates. I also recommend the green salsa, it has a slight kick and great flavor!

Some of the things from last year are still valid but this year it was a little bit different. One of the things we noticed is that they had a dance show of K-pop music and they did not have the washing stations in the middle. They did have more tables closer together rather than different sitting area areas. There were less beer stations so the lines were a little long for beer later in the night. Not having the middle washing stations made it so you had to go all the way to the restroom if you needed to wash your hands and you didn't have that extra supply of napkins. This year it wasn't as hot as the previous year so it felt nicer. Overall, we enjoyed it and we'll probably be back next year

[Parking]: $15 per vehicle for on-site parking just to enter the OC Fair & Event Center. [Admission]: Our party purchased the same-day tickets and paid a $16 per person entry fee. [What to expect]: The market was approximately half food vendors and half arts / crafts / gift vendors. There were solid craft and gift vendors, but not too many art vendors. The food was extremely overpriced ... a simple appetizer = at least $15+ & a filling meal = at least $25. The only real positive? There was a mahjong area that offered free lessons. The performance stage was alright. [Food]: Our party ended up getting only 6 pieces of soup dumplings (aka XLB) from Dumpling Dream for $14 and a cup of gelatea from Boutcha for $7.20 (one of the most affordable and best item to get at the market). [Conclusion]: If I ever come back to 626 Night Market, I would probably stick with the Arcadia location as parking is free and the admission fee is slightly cheaper. I am still having a hard time digesting the fact that getting into the market cost $30+ before even buying any food if I come here alone and I would also need to spend another $25+ just to feel like I had eaten a legit meal. I am good with this one-and-done visit.
