Not worth the price. This was the only place open during the summer, so my friend and I went and decided to check it out. The staff was nice and helped give recommendations of options on the menu, but the food was really lackluster, especially considering how most entree options are well over $20 for a single dish. The salad was so bitter without much dressing to go around, I couldn't finish it at the end. I did enjoy the sauce and mushrooms in the pasta, but the quantity was disappointing. Felt like I was paying $20 for 3 or 4 noodles. All in all, not a very satisfying experience.

I wanted to bring my girlfriends up here for dinner tonight because of the ambience of the restaurant with its modern Scandinavian feel. We almost didn't come because of the previous Yelp reviews, however since there were only 2 of them, we decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did because my girlfriends and I had the BEST service at dinner tonight. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant to the moment we left, we were well taken care of. Selena and the rest of the staff were so attentive. The food was delicious. We ordered the steak and truffle fries, beet risotto, mushroom soup, and the Idaho Valley salad. The portion sizes were perfect and the food arrived promptly. Thank you again Selena and staff for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Fine dining at Schweitzer! Cool place, but felt a little different from the general vibe of a ski mountain and didn't quite match the other places on the mountain. Having grown up skiing here it's a little strange to see places like this popping up, but the food was good, cocktails were okay, and overall I can't complain.

A beautiful lodge ambiance. Resort prices for regular food. Average service requires catching a server when they are paying attention.

I wanted to love this place and the drinks were good but the server rushed us, and the cut of steak was horrible. Super disappointed.

We were both warmly greeted right away and offered that cold drink we were both seeking. Our bartender, Slade, was very friendly and brought us warm foccacia bread with drizzled huckleberry sauce on it. We ordered the steak satay which was wonderfully marinated and soft enough to melt in your mouth - delicious. The foccaia bread was worth the trip alone. Slade was being assisted by Selene, behind the bar, who must have overheard us talking about taking the Foccacia bread home and immediately went into action preparing it for travel with a little extra huckleberry sauce for the road. Fabulous place, great surroundings and friendly staff - all around a great place to go.

Hostess then arrived and got us seated right away despite it being a bustling night. GREAT ambience - lively but not loud - no need to raise voice to talk with your party. Server came out promptly and took great care of us. My sister got the Jasmine and it was as great tasting as it was beautiful - tart, so if you like tart drinks get it and don't think twice. The Focaccia Bread WITH the steamer clams was a great appetizer (soak the bread in the tomato juice!) and the entrees were SO GOOD. The Chilean Sea Bass was PERFECTLY cooked and was up there in the best we've ever had. The pesto gnocchi + squash it rested on was delightful and the perfect combination. The Peruvian Chicken was ALSO perfectly cooked and its sauce was to die for. The potatoes that went along with were salted just right. Great great great, highly recommend whether you're having dinner or going to the bar with a friend for a LIVELY kind of experience

Some close friends of ours recommended this place as one of the best places to go for breakfast. We…read morehad a late start around noon-ish but decided to try it out, anyway! Upon first impression, the place is decent sized with an outside patio area. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can see this place gets plenty of business, even a couple hours before closing, a great sign. I ordered the small version of the country scramble with eggs over medium, rye toast, and a side of country gravy. I did inquire the difference between the small and large. Our waitress explained the difference was only the extra egg on the large. You get 3 instead of 2. Fair enough! However, I probably should have gotten the large because portion size overall was pretty noticeable and everything was smaller, too. At any rate, my mistake and it turned out to be just enough food and....I didn't need to be a glutinous human that I tend to typically be! There was a hiccup on the toast, though. Completely forgot about it. They did bring it after mentioning. No biggie. The meal was good. Everything was cooked well. Gravy had nice texture with a peppery flare, worked nicely with rest of meal. My wife had the teriyaki stir fry with salmon. The piece of salmon was pretty good sized. My wife enjoyed the meal, no complaints. All in all, it's good place to go. The prices are relatively reasonable, service is friendly, and the ambiance is super laid back. 4 out of 5 stars, would recommend.

I went regular Bennie, and the Wifey went eggs, browns, toast, protein, etc. Her link sausages were pretty robust. Chefs did a real nice job with the Hollandaise on my Bennie; having a, 'made-on-the-spot' flavor profile. Yay, breakfast. Our waiter was cool, and the folks around us were a nice bunch for small talk, and etc. I'd give their lunch menu a shot, on a next visit. We really liked this place...
