When I spoke to the manager, and asked for the escalation number, he proceeded to say I'm the manager, and will tell you what the escalation people will say. I said I am a manager as well, this is not personal but the ring should not be falling apart. Today I went in to pick up my ring, and asked about the replacement options we discussed. The girl who assisted us, who was beyond rude, said you can upgrade the ring, and then directed me to the clearance rings. My ring is 2 carrots and is over 3.5K.
