Having previously contracted Mr. Sanchez for another project, a custom "no soliciting" sign, which I was very pleased with, I presented my case to Mr. Sanchez exclaiming that all other vendors I had attempted to negotiate this service with would not have the product turned around in time for the ceremony. I apologized for the short-fused request. He accepted the challenge, asked me several questions to work out the details of material, measurements and aesthetics. He had a draft turned around within 12 hours, and by next morning It was done. Result: "OUTSTANDING" He not only captured every detail, but chose materials and texture that I had not accounted for, which added a "pop" to complement the rest of the artifacts associated with the member's service. I was told this is "normal" work by a friend who knows the owner, but find this unacceptable. If you wish to affiliate yourself with the autobody industry, the idea of my THREE DAY OLD $75,000 car being dropped off and coming back in worse condition is absurd, its not even barely satisfactory. I won't take my car back to them because i don't trust them to return it in a mere neutral condition.

The others were bought by the We Ship…read morechain that serves several shipping companies, all with additional service fees on top of the base price ship rates of UPS. No courtesy returns now either. There are 2 actual UPS stores on the CU campus so we went to the one with the most access to local residents not affiliated with CU. This one is in the building of the new dining facility for the Williams Village dorms on 30th St. it's a little hard to find and park and their printed hours are not always correct. Call first and verify. When you pull into the dining facility drive, look for the public parking on your right. There are only 5 spaces. Other parking is permit only and it is enforced. It was full today but my husband stayed with the car and I took our package in. The workers was quick and though a free return from a. Implant gave me a receipt. Many students walked to use it as I was leaving so I got lucky on timing. Since UPS reduced its presence in Boulder we do our regular shipping with another similarly priced company and very convenient to our home. Since this product required UPS for free shipping I had no choice. Given that, it is a good though not convenient option for local non-student citizens
