Being a military brat all grown up now I have moved a lot in my life time. I need to compliment Crown Restoration for going above and beyond in their care of my personal belongings. They moved my entire house contents they took such care in wrapping each piece. They did so well everything was returned in perfect shape.Brody led this ordeal and went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. We had a lot of trouble with the contractor paying, but Brody did a lot to make it right for me. His crew Brandon, Chris, Christian,Jeramy and Corey were friendly and very professional and polite. I moved out of state on April 30, 2023 and I used this company and wished I didn't, they was scheduled at 9 didn't get to my house til after 1130, I had everything packed up and ready but it still took them all day into the night, I had to keep telling them several times that everything was going, when they finally got to my new house they smelled like weed they damaged several items of my furniture they ran into my walls left nicks in several places, my house was just built and these so called movers acted like it was nothing and when I called and complained all they offered was $200 back smh worst experience ever,, NO I don't recommend anyone using this company they do not care about peoples personal property or the meaning of it all they care about is the money, my mother just passed away so I inherited all of her belongings I'm devastated by her being gone and they handled her stuff like it was trash. They threw my house plants ( which was hers) in the garage, I had to dig them out and fix them because of the way they was just thrown in the garage. Unprofessional and the service sucked I rate this company at zero stars. They tell you that they will reassemble everything they took down like beds, dresser mirrors, entertainment center etc.,, well that's a lie they don't....
