    David and his crew have always done a fantastic job trimming our fruit trees and evergreen pear at our condominium complex. Would totally recommend him to anyone needing tree trim service. Great value.

    Crown Point Clippers provided high quality landscape removal service. Their crew was professional, efficient, and used the best equipment in the business. I recommend using this company above any other in San Diego. They have been in business since 1979.

    We have a 50+ foot Brazilian Pepper tree. After losing a limb in the last storm we needed it really thinned out, and two extremely large limbs to be removed. It was a very involved job, and Crown Point Clippers really rose to the challenge. From the initial consultation with David, who was very informative and helped us make the decision on how to proceed, to the end of the process when he was there to make sure we were satisfied, we felt we had chose the right company. The crew arrived on time both days, and they worked diligently to get the work done. They cleared the area making sure anything breakable was out of the way, and cleaned up all debris when they were finished. We could not be more pleased with how nice the tree looks!

    These guys came to me as a recommendation and honestly I couldn't​ have been happier with their service! The owner came out and quoted me a fantastic price. More importantly,​ when you meet him, you can tell he is a​ ​ solid good person. Maybe that doesn't matter to people but it matters to me. I had a huge Juniper Tree that was growing a little close to the house and needed​ to go. We were concerned that the roots would wreck the plumbing and or the foundation. In addition to that, we had palm trees that were way overgrown​. It was great for privacy but, it could have been mistaken for Jurassic Park. His team took care of it in a day and now our home looks great! I don't normally review but, the service for the price was awesome and I wanted to pass on the recommendation.

    I would give a zero if I could. I was referred to this company by a friend and so I called to schedule an appointment for a quote. I left a voicemail. My call was returned 2 days later scheduling the following Friday as the day to quote and trim. Then, I received an email from whom I believe is the owner, David. He asked me to send photos so he could expedite my bid. I responded right away with the photos he requested and he responded a quote. We negotiated that if I paid cash it would only be $200. Great! I was all in and asked if Friday the 1st would still be the day. He asked if my schedule was open so what do I do, I take a vacation day so officially now it is! Our emails continue and he gives me a time frame between 10-12 and tells me he'll text me when his trimmers are leaving their morning job. I never received a text and the time was now 11:30 on trimming day. I did however receive a call from a lady name Leslie who said she was here. Yay! Tree trimming time- NOT! Leslie claims she was only there to take pictures and give me a quote. I told her I've already done all that and sent the photos to David and already received a quote. She was shocked and responded with "wow". Of course she starts apologizing because now she realizes, someone didn't communicate as they probably should have. So she leaves. I email David asking for an explanation and instead of calling to explain or apologize for the miscommunication, he starts texting me- talking about heat exhaustion and OSHA. I inform him that I understand the heat aspect, but his communication was lacking and he just seemed to make excuses for failing to follow through. Besides, the forecast has shown it was going to be hot for some time now. I don't need excuses. I just need you to act like a business owner and have decent customer service. We'll go with another company. Once I find a better one(which shouldn't be difficult), I'll post it here for others to see.

I had mentioned to Darla to skip service because of this, and will resume when ready. But just noticed that I have been continued to be auto charged ($87 each time) good thing I looked as I was getting ripped off. Very surprised of this as I'd mentioned this for multiple months to get ahead of this situation and give HomeShield as much communication as possible. It is crappy feeling to have my money taken like that I called in and spoke with Luca and he was helpful in telling me that I'll get credited back for 2 months, and will have CC on hold so not charged. That made me feel good. He said I'd get confirmation email in a few minutes but it's been nearly 2 hours and no email and my CC still showing no credit/refund. They are happy to auto charge me, but cannot accommodate their current customers with the ability to pause service, causing additional headache for me I'll see if there is anything worth updating if/when it happens. otherwise will go straight to credit card company and dispute charges...I don't have time to keep going back to HomeShield to check if they did their work right Still considering if I will continue with HomeShield once I need service again; but I figure I'll have better choice when that time comes UPDATE: after reading other review of not being able to cancel service, I called right back and spoke with Patricia. I asked to cancel service, but she could not do so and had to transfer me to other department and ask me to hold for "2 minutes". After 2 minutes, she came back on saying no one could talk to me to cancel. Seriously?? I asked if I can get her my verbal authorization to relay my cancel message to someone. No can do, so I have to wait for someone to call me back so I can say "CANCEL" really frustrated now...

We hired them for rodent control, and the owner, Jeff (fairly speaking is a pro), never clearly explained that the service was a one-year subscription. After the fact, they told me over the phone that rodent control is "never a one-time service," which I can understand -- but that is not the same as agreeing to a one-year contract. At no point was this clearly disclosed to us upfront. Later on, we started getting billed for additional visits, which came as a complete surprise. When I questioned this, they insisted that everything was in a contract. The problem is -- I never saw or signed any contract. I only received a copy of this so-called agreement a full year later via email. Their earlier invoices also did not mention any long-term commitment or subscription terms. Despite my strong objections and explaining the situation, they refused to adjust or waive any of these unexpected charges. This feels very misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to get everything in writing upfront, review every detail carefully, and do not rely on verbal explanations. Transparency was completely lacking in our case. Very frustrating experience overall.

    I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service of Advanced IPM…read more I had gotten a quote from another company which said that the condition in my attic was bad enough that I needed to spend close to $5000 to fumigate. When I called AIPM for a second opinion, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite gentleman named Jordan. He spent nearly an hour inspecting our home (for free!) and shared there were 3 locations on side that needed treatment and the situation was not bad enough to require tenting. I asked a slew of question and he answered all of than knowledgeably. We then scheduled an appointment where Jorge, with over 10 years experience came to do the work. He was incredible and as he said, "small and nimble enough" to get up/over/around all the beams to treat areas and do a second inspection in others. He then cared entire attic with a Borax (sp?). It was a very reasonable price and I get a free inspection in 11 months to ensure no new termites, or the work is free. Highly recommend!
