I used to like coming here because it was closer to my home and I never had an issue before this experience. I had not come in a few months since I had found a cheaper option, which I would rather drive to from now on. I came a few days ago and it was the worst experience ever. The washers don't use enough water to wash and all the dryers are NOT regulated or not working. I had put a blanket in one dryer and the WORKER here told me to place it in a SPECIFIC DRYER. It was CLEARLY LABELED "working only low temp". So I did. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. Not only did the dryer burn my blanket that was a sentimental gift, it didn't even dry (more like burn) it all the way... Not just that. Then my other clothes, took forever to dry... I had to put money and I'm not even joking, 5/6 times... and it still did not dry, on the highest setting, since it was thicker clothing that COULD withstand heat. This laundromat's dryers are so unregulated and honestly I'm never coming back. I wasted so much time and money. I called the "call in case of emergency #" that they have posted when it happened and left a voicemail. It has been a few days and no response. They do have signs about how damaged clothing is not their responsibility. However, it is your responsibility if your dryers are not drying at the temperature that they are supposed to be at. I later asked the worker the same one who told me to move my blanket, if any of the dryers worked properly since one item was burnt and humid, and the rest were just humid. She responded that what she the only thing she would do is pay the dryer, if I moved all my clothes to a different dryers. Yeaaah... considering her last suggestion got my blanket burnt... no thank you. Another lady had issues with the snack machine. Not a huge deal, but I don't think half the things work properly in that place. I went home with unclean, humid clothes and a half burnt, half wet blanket.. I hope they fix whatever they need to fix, but I will not be coming back. read more

Why did my star rating go down? Simple. Their discounted 50% off days are gone. Kapooch... Their prices are expensive. Have to think where I will do my laundry next. That is why there is less customers now. Giant load washers are now $3.74 (discounted). Staff remains friendly and helpful though so this is still a plus. read more

Really enjoy this laundromat. Every time I have came to do laundry the workers are friendly & helpful. Machines are in a good working conditions. You have a great selection of sizes in the washing machines. Plenty of dryers also. No coins you pre-pay and load your card. Would recommend. read more

I've never been to a laundry mat with good service. My brother dropped me off and I was greeted at car with a laundry cart, the girl asked me do you have a lot of a little. She also assisted me with a step stool to help me reach and put detergent and downy in the machine. They also have 1/2 price washing on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's. Not to mention free WI-FI. That's what I call service. read more

Avoid this place. The smell that emanates from their laundry machines is worse than stink. Smells awful and then you're supposed to put your dirty clothes in their to wash? Management is non-existent and doesn't really care about any issues with the equipment. They have a fairly modern system for paying to wash one's clothes. Instead of inserting quarters, one has to purchase a plastic magnetic card and then load funds onto to the card. They charge the customer $1 to buy the card, which clearly cost the proprietor maybe 10 cents. That is the only way one can use this facility. Laundry runs about $3 for a double load if one can put up with the stench in their machines (feels like they haven't been deodorized in many years.). The dryers, even at the highest temp. only manages to get warm so one has to spend double funds in order to get their clothes moderately dry. Filed two complaints with management but never received a phone call or an email from them. Like I said, AVOID this place. read more

This laundry is the best in the valley. They offer half price wash specials on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Free Wi FI is great and there attendant Israel is the friendliest. The laundry is always so clean and I love going there. read more

This had to be one of the top laundromats in Van Nuys. VERY clean, detailed oriented and convenient. Each machine is high tech. It's helps determine the load by weight. It has a parking lot with easy access in and out. They have laundry attendants on property that cleans and answers any questions that you may have. Plenty of washers and dryers. And it's not too crowded but has an easy flow. They have an atm machine, vending machines (snacks and washing utensils), and even a coffee maker for the customers convenience. This is literally a one stop shop. Plenty of folding tables and seats. I must say that I was searching all day for a great quality laundromat in my neighborhood until I came across this place. One thing I have to add is that the hot water was not actually hot it was relatively warm. That would be my only advice is to look into the water for those whom are washing their "whites" in hot water. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this facilty! read more
