Do not take the bonuses, go in prepared with the Kelly Blue Book prices on the one you want to purchase and the one you are trading in. If they don't come down, walk... I I was told by the concierge and salesperson they were offering 0% interest. Sales manager and finance guy slipped in 6.25% neither explained the terms of the contract, just sign, sign, sign. Traded a 2023 KIA Sorento 5300 miles they gave me $26,050 Kelly Blue Book $30,240 Purchased 2025 Telluride $49630, Kelly Blue Book $41763 Extended service contract quoted $3184 he failed to mention the additional $222 in tax. Anything paid on a credit card they add 3%. They listed my trade in as Kelley Blue Book as $31580, then best price $30916 saying you are getting a $664 savings. NOT When I complained they offered to give me the 0% but then GM said the price of the vehicle would be more sales manager in background said 48,000+. I paid it off. My family has purchased 10 vehicles from Crown and haven't had an issue like this. Not worth the aggravation. I won't go back. read more

Anthony and Shawna helped me 2/18/26 with service of my Kia.I received my car with my things in places they weren't previously and the settings reset through my dashboard. I asked Anthony to text me with updates and instead he texted me asking to call me, had me circling on the phone for over an hour and then still didn't tell me the full issues with my car. When I asked him why when I got to the dealership, he told me he tried to tell me over text when I have the proof? It's so weird, they'd rather lie than admit fault which doesn't make any sense. Why would I trust him with my vehicle when he can't even follow communication standards HE asked for? They've also called me three times since asking to schedule an oil change I received 2/18/26. I parked at service trying to take my house key off of my car key and Shawna greeted me by name and then continued to tell me three times to leave the keys in my vehicle despite my response that I need my house key. Anthony asked me how I'd like to be contacted and I asked him to text me with updates on my car. Instead he texted me half the information, asked for a phone call, and then didn't respond when I called on and off for 30 minutes where only Michael is able to transfer my call or take a message. Anthony then texted me a second time asking me to call him because he has an update he didn't know how to text (spoiler: it's that my requested part could be ready in the morning). I had to come into the dealership to hear this information because he was too busy telling me how hard he tried to call on the phone. Again, I've received no incoming calls from the dealership. When I came into the dealership he kept repeating that he tried to call me and trying to explain what more services he could add on but why would I trust him with my vehicle when he can't even follow communication standards HE asked for? Anthony then slow coasted my payment process while making condescending remarks about how I couldn't wait for the part and how it could be ready tomorrow morning but if he had just followed the guidelines, maybe I would've said yes and spent the extra money read more

They were pushed around when they brought there own financing they were told they couldn't take the car till the money from their bank cleared which is insane the bank called to verify funds etc and then they were forced to sign paperwork before seeing the vehicle and I came back with my sister in law to pickup the vehicle and she immediately got justin the sales manager and asked about getting this fixed right and he agreed it was poorly done and came back and they said they wouldn't fix it! Wow. So she called my brother and he told her to take it for a quote before we decided on unwinding the deal that justin offered. I've sat on this for months now but have to say this was the worst dealership experience I've had. I spent two days, multiple hours with Tony. I had signed a contract for a car with an APR/car payment plan I was comfortable with only for Tony to "talk with his manager" and come back with a totally different deal. My APR had gone from 2.4% to 12? 60 months went to 72 months.. The reason I was given was that I had a co-signer that was out of state- not because of the co-signer but because they were out of state. I walked out on the deal, the manager ran out to the car with a new deal, Tony messaged me later with another new deal, and the next morning Tony messaged me it was back to the original deal !! I responded that I was going with a different dealership to which he was responded "if you buy a Kia it should be from me. I earned it". The only thing Tony earned is my distrust and I advise caution to anyone dealing with him. Hopefully he learned his lesson losing a deal and has stopped his shady ways. I went to Lokey Kia in Clearwater. They offer free oil changes for life every 6 months or every 6000 miles- whichever comes first, included all weather mats, and tinted windows. I asked Tony to included tinted windows and he lied and said they couldn't. I know he lied because once I told him about the deal I was getting, he said they could match it. read more
