Can't say enough about the salon. She is friendly, personable and she listens. The shop is clean and she is keeping up the new rules because of Covid19. I made an appointment for my mom. There is also donated clothing and other gently used items for sale The owner was very nice and explained that they only opened a few weeks ago, and that they were an eco friendly thrift store. I showed her reference photos of a half-up, half-down style I've had before with no issue. She didn't mention any concerns, but after curling for 20 minutes, she said my hair "couldn't be curled." I have long, untreated hair and even offered suggestions that have worked in the past, but she dismissed them. The final style looked nothing like the photos--lopsided, messy, bobby pins exposed--and started falling apart soon after. I had to go back before my event just to have it taken down. A different stylist removed the pins and apologized. I paid $104 and ended up redoing my hair myself in a hotel lobby before the wedding rehearsal.
