I never had to make a request more than once (to remind them), and the ladder they used even had those soft feet at the end so it didn't bang against the side of my house. He is dependable and polite, and has done a really great job. The most amazing thing is that even though he has been working with drywall for my project, my house is actually not all dusty and gross when I come home! In fact the first time he came I think my house was cleaner when I came home than when I left! I know he has also worked on some very high end homes in downtown Boston as well, and his service is surely what people with basically unlimited budgets must expect. I feel very lucky to have been referred to him. I think his pricing is very reasonable as well.
