It's a great space for a party! Plenty of room for tables, a buffet, DJ, dance floor, bar - the works. The parking lot is pretty small, but there is more than enough street parking nearby. It was the same bartender fat both events I attended. He's not the most friendly and outgoing character, but he's polite and speedy! He definitely knows how to whip up any kind of cocktail and he's not shy with his pours. The dinner buffet I've had here is just okay. Standard chicken, pasta, salad, veggies. Not bad, but definitely not the best I've ever had. If you're looking for an event space in the area though, this seems like a pretty good deal. Maybe check it out!

You can purchase upgrades for better seating and access to discounted beer and drinks, but if you just want to attend you can do so for free. Parking is $25 per car, but you can also access for free via bicycle (they have a bike valet), walk if you live close by or by rideshare (they have a rideshare lot for easy drop off/pick up. I'm not sure why people say it is unsafe; there are more than enough police that pat down at the entrance (just like at almost every other concert venue and sporting event does) and a big police presence throughout the festival.
