    Vibes at Crow Boutique
    Lissette H.

Walking into Crow Boutique is a Whole Vibe. Both Eduardo and Elvis the owners are so welcoming and inviting, you walk in to browse and you end up sitting on the couch with a glass of wine and Great Conversation. They carry and support Hispanic Artesnos Host Amazing Events and overall Amazing Place to shop for Unique One of a kind items.

I was excited to discover this gem of a boutique in my neighborhood. I had been looking for a necklace for a while and they have an amazing collection of interesting and sexy designs to choose from. The owners are friendly and professional, and made sure my purchase was customized to the exact length I needed. The shop offers several lines of goods by local queer artists and designers, and the owners give back to the community by donating a portion of sales to organizations such as https://stopsoldiersuicide.org. I also picked up a bracelet for my mom for Mother's Day, and a pair of beautiful earrings made with freshwater pearls for a friend. From leather goods to jewelry, with a focus on creativity and quality and giving back to the community, this boutique is worth a visit!

Great shop with beautiful bags, purses, small leather goods, jewelries and much more. Stumbled across this gem after brunch snd absolutely fell in love with everything in this shop. Picked out their Poison collection hand sanitizer spray and a very cute Frida Khalo bag. Must visit shop in Long Beach

My colleagues and I are so appreciative of the owners' generosity in allowing us to host our first Latine/x Therapists Networking event of the year this past weekend. They were immediately super supportive of our vision and truly went above and beyond to make it happen. They even provided us with gift bags with beautiful items from Crow Boutique and 1810 Culture. Btw my candle from 1810 Culture smells amazing, and I don't think I've ever used a hand santizer that has left my hands feeling so soft. Im coming back for more. Thank you, Crow Boutique, for seeing the importance of mental health in our community and the value of uplifting Latine/x therapists. If you haven't stopped by this boutique, it's a must! They carry carefully selected and unique items that would impress any of your friends.

My wife and I came out to the Yelp elite event at Plantiitas market and while we were there crow boutique was having one of their grand opening events! We decided to come check out the shop! They have a variety of really neat leather goods and nice jewelry! The owner of the shop was incredibly welcoming and was just so amazing! You can really tell how much love they put into their products here! We ended up purchasing a hand sanitizer because my wife works in schools and is always using sanitizer and her hands dry out, their sanitizer they make keeps your hands soft and it's made with medical grade alcohol. So far the sanitizer is awesome and it smells good! Overall I highly recommend checking this place out! They also always have wine! Stop by have a glass of wine and check out some of their awesome products, you won't be disappointed!

I loved everything in the Crow Boutique! So many things caught my eye. The most amazing thing was being able to read the story behind each item. The beautiful details made it so much more special. I ended up leaving with a clutch and a purse both made from recycled military uniforms and a beautiful bracelet. Thank you!

I'm so excited I got to meet the owners at Crow today. I've been shopping here for the last two years when I decided to only support local Long Beach businesses when I can. I received a gift certificate from my mother-in-law for Christmas and came by to get some jewelry. I bought several Crow pieces a year or two ago, and they are such great quality and so much better than buying jewelry at big box shops that always break. One of the owners asked me if I needed help and I wanted to see if they carried something in Gold so he brought out a gold astrology necklace from the back and totally put it together for me right there. The service was beyond compare and I wouldn't expect anything less from the Plantiitas guys since I love to buy plants at the big Plantiitas store down the street. I have a friend coming over later today and also bought her a plant and pot made in Mexico that's beautiful. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, beautiful jewelry and awesome plant. I will be back soon!!

This small, friendly shop is worth going out of your way to experience. The two owners design everything, some of it one-of-a-kind, and the jewelry and bags are elegant and edgy. They are also surprisingly affordable. Lots of gems here if you are shopping for a gift Oh, and they have dog treats. (My dog wanted you to know...)

I visited this boutique to attend my first Sip&paint event with AMMO Company and it was so much fun, they had nice music, the influencer teaching how and what to paint during the class made feel comfortable since I attended by myself. The hosts had good vibes, the event decor was very aesthetic. Will def check out their events in the future:)

I've still been coming in to the shop about 2 to 5 times a year on average since about 2018. In fact I own all but 1 of their motel anniversary key chains at this point. I still think it's a great store, and Tommy's aesthetic and eye for detail (on the decor and hand-picked items, and colabs) is far above any other men's moto-centric fashion retailers out there. That's what makes this update hard; the main issue I currently encounter with the shop is on the customer service side. I'm likely a bit bias here as I've worked on the service side with multi-billion dollar companies for a couple of decades now and have high expectations, which I even put on myself but I don't believe they're at all unreasonable, considering the cost of the items that are sold at the shop. I'll start with a few months ago; I reached out to the ButterScotch LBC instagram account via DM (which I've done in the past without issue) and ask if they'll be stocking a new item (gloves) from a retailer which I know they've sold in the past/currently, someone reads my message (confirmed via instagram 'read/seen' verifiction) but I get zero response back from them to confirm/deny if they'll be having said item in stock...Fine, no biggie maybe someone forgot to reply, I count it as a miss on there end. Fast forward to today, I stop by at the shop at 1:10PM after about a 40-mile group ride with friends, and I was excited to introduce my riding buddies to the shop. After circling for parking (which is pretty difficult btw) I see the lights all off in the shop and the bars on the front door. Odd because I checked the site and instagram profile, and it says they are open from 1p-5p on Sundays. I also checked the stories to make sure I didn't miss any news updates about closure today, and nada. My assumption is Tommy or one of his workers is running behind on opening the shop. Not a biggie we continue the ride with my friends to BA Moto to meet up for an event and I tell them not to worry I'll DM the shop and see if maybe they're just opening later today. I messaged the shop 20 minutes later and ask if they'd be open later instead or at all today so we could swing by on the way back from our ride, and once again the message is shown as 'read/seen' but no sign of life nor response. So I had to tell my friends that I'm assuming the stores closed for the day, and we can't stop by, total missed opportunity for some new customers. So here's my dilemma, in the past I've corresponded with Tommy directly via instagram DM with zero issues, now I'm not getting any response and I'm not sure if it's because they don't like to use instagram messaging as a means of communication now if they simply don't want my buisness any more (if that's the case it's totally fine) it's just a really odd customer service experience regardless. At this point, I'd give the unqiue clothing/items a 4 out of 5, the shop decor a 4 out of ,5 and then customer service a 2 out of 5 so they land currently at a 3 out of 5 overall for me at the moment. For what it's worth, I do hope to update this to a better review at some point if the situation can ever be clarified for me.

Picked them up about two weeks later (that is not how long he said it would take - I was traveling and requesting the later pick up). He requires payment in advance, in full - this was a huge red flag to me, but because of the positive reviews, I let it go. Arrived to pick up the boots and the lace holes had not been cut in. So he did it while I waited. Turns out, the holes were too small for the laces. He damaged the end of the lace trying to get them through. Said I just need to work it a bit more but if it doesn't go through, he'd have to replace the metal rivets and charge me more. He was eventually able to get the lace through one of the holes and sent me home to do the rest. When I asked about the damaged lace, he told me I could tape it up or buy new laces. I got home to finish the job. Had to use my husband's tools to try and make the holes a little bigger. As a result, some of the leather started cracking off - is leather supposed to do that?? I'm so angry. In fairness, I did not call the owner back to give him a chance to fix this mess. I don't trust he would actually do it. I debated a long time before leaving this review. I don't like leaving such negative reviews without giving the owner an opportunity to make right. But, in this case, it didn't seem that he cared that the job was not done well from the outset - why should he do anything; he already has the money. Then saying he would have to charge me more so I could lace the boots? Seeing the damaged laces and telling me to just tape it or buy new laces? This is not someone who cares about the end product. I did buy new laces but the holes were too small for the these as well. I tried two with the smallest diameters I could find. It wasn't the laces. I recently moved to the area. My prior shoe repair person charges far less and would NEVER return the shoes to me looking as these did. He took pride in his work. The shoes always came back looking brand new. And, while not cheap (taking care of good shoes is not cheap), I never paid as much as I did at San Pedro Shoe and Handbag. Sadly, he's an hours drive, one way. May just do that in the future though. About the only positive with this entire experience is that parking is quite ample. Just thought I should warn you. Would strongly recommend AGAINST paying in advance.
