I also decided to hire them to replace my siding due to woodpecker damage. I thought it would be easier to have one company do both jobs. On their website they state that they maintain contact with their customers and I have found this to be untrue! Many times it was 2+ weeks after contacting the representative I was working with before I got any response from him either by phone or text, and at least twice I had to call the office before I got any response. This is BAD customer service and communication skills. They got approval from my insurance company and started work on the roof in June, 2018 and I paid them and they started work on the siding in August, 2018. As of today, September 4, 2019, neither job is completed, although they have sent me multiple final invoices asking for final payment. When I saw the initial invoices, I noticed a few items being double-billed (i.e. painting of fascia & soffit on roof job, replacement of fascia & soffit for siding, wrapping of 2 windows on roof claim, replacement of all window wrapping on siding job, etc...). I was told it would be straightened out. When I received the final invoices in October, 2018 those items were still being double-billed I had to go to the main office to get it straightened out myself. I went to the City to check on the inspections because I had not seen an inspector and I found out inspections had NOT been requested and the $100 permit that I paid for to do the siding had not been taken out by TWCH. The inspection for the siding was done January 4, 2019 and for the roof in June, 2019. Neither one passed. The City Inspector is requiring one correction for each job. I have spoken to 3 representatives from TCHW multiple times since January about the correction needed for the siding and a correction I have requested and no one has made any attempt to do any corrections required or requested. Hire this company if you want no communication, BAD customer service and a never completed job. Otherwise look elsewhere!

Legacy Restoration didn't just replace our roof -- they fought for us when no one else would, and…read moresaved us $30,000. Our story started in June 2025 with leaks in our porch and office. Friends recommended Legacy Restoration, and our estimator Michael Stanford immediately identified hail damage and began working with our State Farm agent. What followed was a six-month battle we never expected. State Farm denied our claim twice -- first calling it "normal wear and tear," then offering only mismatched patch shingles that would have violated building codes and reduced our home's value. Legacy refused to accept it. They brought in Robb Johnson -- a 30-year roofing veteran -- who personally documented everything and sent State Farm a comprehensive evidence file. Denied again. Still, Legacy didn't give up. Things got dire when State Farm threatened to drop our homeowners insurance entirely unless we paid $30,000 out of pocket -- by February 2026, in a Minnesota winter. We were also trying to close a HELOC that required active insurance. We were truly stuck. Robb kept hounding State Farm -- calling and emailing 2-3 times a week, coaching us on exactly how to communicate with our agent and adjuster. Within one week of our HELOC closing deadline, State Farm approved a full roof replacement. We didn't even need the arbitrator. Legacy worked quickly to get us the invoicing we needed to keep our insurance active and close our loan on time. We were likely the first home in Minnesota to get a new roof in March 2026 -- and the crew installed it beautifully in a single day. DeAngelo Funches (our Service Rep) and Jonathan Sanchez (our project manager) were exceptional throughout the build. If you need roofing, siding, windows, or doors -- especially if you're fighting an insurance claim -- call Legacy Restoration. They will fight for you like family. I am 100% certain we would not have gotten this roof covered without them. I cannot thank this team enough. Our deepest thanks to Michael Stanford, Robb Johnson, DeAngelo Funches, Jonathan Sanchez, and the entire Legacy Restoration team. You saved us -- and we will never forget it.
