Having a loved one in a facility can be overwhelming and emotional, but from day one, Marcos was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. He always took the time to communicate with me, answer my questions, and make sure my mom was not only taken care of, but genuinely cared for. Especially while navigating her discharge and next steps, Marcos went above and beyond to support us and make sure everything was handled with care. During a time that could have felt stressful and uncertain, he helped bring clarity and peace of mind. The entire team showed so much kindness, patience, and respect toward my mom. You can truly feel that they care about the people they serve, and that kind of dedication is rare. I'm beyond grateful for the support, comfort, and reassurance they gave me when I needed it most. I will never forget how they showed up for us. Thank you again to Marcos and the whole team for everything you did for us!

After 11 days in the hospital she was sent here. The whole point per their website is getting you physical and occupational therapy to get you ready for home life again. For my mom though she was just left in bed for 8 days. First the positive. Very clean facility with friendly staff. They have all sorts of activities several times a day for patients. I legitimately saw smiling patients having a good time participating. I witnessed a coffee social, games being played, and a movie night. Looked fun! The food looked pretty good too. Unfortunately the only way you'll participate is if you can get there yourself. Once my mom was taken here she was left in bed for 8 days to wither away. Not once was she taken to an activity. Not once did she see an occupational therapist in 8 days. One single time a physical therapist walked her up the hallway for 5 minutes only after my dad complained about lack of therapy. My wife and I got a wheelchair and took her out to the beautiful patio where they brought her a shrimp lunch even though she's vegetarian. It's the only time in 8 days she moved from bed. My mom would call me saying she's begged for an hour for someone to take her to the bathroom but no matter how many times she pushed the nurse button nobody came. After wetting the bed they just put her in a diaper which she had no choice to use going forward. She was bathed on her first day and that was it. My usually upbeat mom was so depressed and was afraid to move. It was so sad. Rooms had three patients. After talking to the other two they confirmed the same experience. This place would rather put you in a diaper than spend the time getting you into the bathroom. On the 8th day my dad had enough and took my mom home where she could barely move. He took her to her primary doctor who set up 5 days a week visits at home. 2 days physical therapy, 2 days occupational therapy, and 2 days nurse who helps with bathing, etc. After 1.5 weeks the improvement is pretty amazing. If this place spent ANY EFFORT in therapy it would have been a positive experience but they just left her in bed. Again, this is my experience. I saw with my own eyes this could be a positive experience but if you're not actively engaging they're not going to make any effort getting you involved in therapy or activities.

My mom was admitted Dec 2025 and stayed a total of 100 days. The staff was AMAZING, from the Admission process, the CNAs, Physical Therapists, Social workers, LVNs, cooks etc. They treated my mom with such love and attention that they became our extended family. They kept in contact with us for any issues, minor or big. The place is SPOTLESS, their hygiene is above and beyond anyone's expectation. The Physical Therapy is top notch, mom went unable to move even when laying down to being able to get up with some assistance and walking with her walker again. Obviously every case is unique, but we were impressed and thankful to see her recoup to that level. The Social Worker was incredibly helpful in processing the care needed after her discharge, including programs covered under Medi-Cal, her professionalism and knowledge was highly appreciated. I am sad people don't take the time to write a review, but we wanted everyone to know how much we appreciated the care mom received.

A big part of it was the marketer who was not only helpful and communicative, but also enthusiastic about the building and the care staff. She helped them navigate various aspects of relocating our loved one, the pros and cons of different senior living communities and really highlighted the quality care provided by her staff. What ultimately sold us on this community was the memory care. We decided that it would be best to choose a community that had assisted living and memory care in one building so, if the time ever came, it would be a smoother transition should that level of care be needed. Although the building is a bit older, it is well taken care of and has a beautiful courtyard for residents and families to enjoy. In my 2 1/2 month stay at Terrace View I interacted with all the staff. From my personal experience they have been extremely helpful and encouraging for my recovery and eventually return home. I took the time to do a lot of walking around the facility and doing so talked to all the staff (nurses, nurse assistants, cooks, physical therapists, maintenance workers, cleaning crew, etc., and to a person they all loved their jobs and most importantly they truly cared for and loved the patient/residents. Most of the employees have been there for 15 + years. Many over 20 years. The facility is being cleaned on a daily basis. Floors buffed, rugs vacuumed and buffed, all patient rooms swept and mopped daily. Beds were made up cleaned where needed. Patients were given showers on a weekly schedule and the nursing assistants were caring, respectful and very patient. The facility just smelled clean every day. Overall the food great. You also had an alternative menu for other food choices. The dietician would work with you to get you the needed nutrition. The tilapia was exceptional. My favorite. Deserts were plentiful as well as ice cream and sherbert. My physical therapy was more than I expected. Paul, Jong, Hanna, were the best. I don't recall all their names, but to a person, they were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I can't thank them enough for their care and encouragement for me. There are some patients who are long term care. I think if I was in than medical condition, there is no better place to be. The care, respect, professionalism and love is the very best. This truly starts with the facility administrator (Brendon Dahl) whose leadership doesnt come any better. His professionalism and care is reflected in every employee. Terrace View is the very best.

They were attentive, polite, friendly, professional, helpful, and there were plenty of folks working on the floor. I never felt like I couldn't find someone to help. PT and OT came and worked with my dad every day. Staff brought his meals timely every day. CNA's did their best to help him dress, bathe, etc and were helpful and responsive to family members. We never felt like attention to the patient was lacking. Con: the office staff is not responsive at all. I left messages for case manager and billing dept. throughout my dad's stay, and none of them ever called me back ever. Only one time did anyone (social services director) ever return my call. The patient room space really sucks. Most available rooms have four people jammed in to rooms that look like they were designed for two people. I never knew a quad room even existed until my dad was sent here. When I asked for him to be moved to a two person room, none were available. I was told those were rarely available. My dad's curtained off space felt like about 10 x 12. No privacy and no room for visitors. Imagine four men in a room while one is on the phone, one has visitors, one is watching tv, and one has loud music on. All in the same room. Had to constantly reposition things in my dad's space (tv, wheel chair, bedside table, oxygen machine, chair for a visitor) depending on what you wanted access to at any given time. Could not open his closet without moving furnishings out of the way. Anyway it's acceptable for the nice floor staff, but I wished my dad was elsewhere because of all the other reasons.

We are writing to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care she received at your facility in Fullerton. We would like to extend a huge thank you to Jay in Physical Therapy for his excellent attention to detail. His diligent tracking of the additional days required for her stay ensured she could safely transfer from her bed to a wheelchair with the assistance of only one CNA. When our mother arrived a month ago, she was unable to stand or walk, and her progress has been remarkable. We were also very impressed by the medical care meeting provided for our family. It was well-organized, with up-to-date lab work and clear documentation that allowed us to easily understand her medical progress. Additionally, social workers Elvie and Ana, along with Bianca, Alejandra, and Renee from administration, were outstanding resources. They kept our family consistently informed and made the discharge process seamless. Our special gratitude goes to the housekeeping team (Gloria and Julio), the CNAs (Mayra and Alma), and the nursing staff. They kept the facility immaculately clean and welcoming, while ensuring our mother was comfortable, cared for, and able to participate in daily activities. Finally, we want to thank the dining staff for providing nutritious, high-quality meals and for being so accommodating to her dietary preferences. St. Elizabeth felt like a safe, comfortable home away from home thanks to your friendly personnel.
