Formerly a food truck, they have established themselves in the building that formerly was the Arrowhead Drive Thru BBQ site. We'll, there must be some magic on the spot of land, because the BBQ Force is strong there! I had the Pork Ribs - bite through tender, without falling apart, EXCELLENT bark - firm but not dry - and a deep smokey flavor throughout. My wife had the Half Chicken. It was moist - juicy - throughout, and seasoned to perfection. It's hard to get the light and dark meat done to the same level of tenderness without drying out the breast, but JL rocks it! The sides we had were Baked Beans (a solid entry) and a Vinegar/Pepper Cole Slaw that was addictive as a cold Coke on a hot day. DELICIOUS!
