They connected the humidifier to the water line with a saddle valve which started leaking. I found my newly redone finished basement flooded two weeks after the install, they came and replaced the valve with what appears to be the proper install, but told me the water damage is my problem! I provided receipts for the one year old carpet and vinyl floor that has to be replaced, they refused to take responsibility and now I'm out around $10k and the basement is a mess!

The technician said I hadn't called about the problem that the furnace kept shutting off but instead I had called about a leaking tube. That is true, but it's because I didn't know about the shutting off problem when I called. But I learned of it before he arrived. Then he wouldn't do anything to try to diagnose the problem. He did reattach the water tube and reset the furnace and then was done. The company had taken my credit card before they would send someone and charged me for the visit--$145--leaving the problem I had discovered after I called unfixed. They also scolded me about not calling about the right problem and not taking adequate care of the furnace. Who needs that~!

We ended up needing a new gas furnace this winter after our old one broke. The first people we…read morecalled was Airmaster. We got someone to come out and check out our issues almost immediately. After we were told that the replacement part would be $1000 we decided to buy a new one. After a couple of price comparisons, this place knocked every other quote out of the ball park. They offer discounts too for military or first responders. The people that came to replace our heater came on time and did it pretty quickly. They went over everything before they left and also respected our floors by putting a cloth on the surface to prevent denting or dirt from tracking.

WARNING: Avoid Air Masters HVAC - Unprofessional…read more Air Masters HVAC is an extremely unprofessional company. They wanted to charge us twice for an estimate that should have been completed during their first visit. The initial diagnosis was left incomplete due to their own oversight, yet they demanded a second fee just to return and finish what they should have done the first time. To make matters worse, after servicing our AC, it began leaking shortly after, and when we contacted them to come back under warranty, they blocked both of our phone numbers--completely cutting off communication instead of standing by their work. Terrible service, poor accountability, and zero professionalism. BEWARE--do not trust this company with your property or your money.

It was nothing but God that sent me in my basement to see my boiler was flaming from underneath…read more Usually there's a glow but this was different the flames were coming outside of the boiler, the parts and chute was covered in soot. I immediately called the gas company and they came and shut off the gas line. It's the dead of the winter and now I have no heat. I didn't know where to begin. I checked the internet but nothing jumped out at me. I went on yelp and began reading reviews and I ran across Lawrence heating & air. I called spoke to a woman who was very pleasant and told me a tech could come out to assess the boiler to see if it was still usable. Joe came and he looked at it and said it it's a hazard. With all the rust and corrosion and not to mention whatever was on fire. He said it needed replacing. He talked to me about the options and stated I would get an email from the owner of my options. 30 mins later the email was there and everything was included. All the info I needed to know about the unit, specs, warranty, parts/tubing for replacement, price. It was a proposal. I reached out to Lawrence with my questions and he answered right away. I also stated my elderly dad lives with me and elderly need service as soon as possible. That was no problem. He sent me payment options as well. Once I accepted the proposal and date was locked in and they techs came the next day on time. Randy showed up first, then Joe & Chaly. They immediately put down floor draping and loaded all of the supplies , pipes , boiler, etc. They opened all the radiators starting at the top. All of them were pleasant and very Knowledgeable about their job. Any questions I asked Randy explained. They cleaned up behind themselves and made sure everything was put back in place. Once they were done Randy told me about my new unit and what was removed and put in. This company made the entire stressful event so much more easier, like a weight had been lifted. My house is warm and cozy thanks to everyone involved .. Great teamwork ! I would definitely recommend !!! Thank you so much to everyone that played a part in getting me back up in running !!

In short and overall, I was really impressed with their knowledge, expertise, level of detail in their work and their communication as a team and to me as a customer. I was also impressed with the digital tools they used from a video on iphone to the advanced digital testing equipment they used. They communicated to me every step of the way so I understood what my problems were. And they communicated throughout the whole process to one another. Calling me to let me know they are on their way to my home, letting me know what the Home Warranty Company had approved, etc. I have never worked with an HVAC company that has been this professional and buttoned up. They made the entire process smooth and they fixed my problems well. (To put this into perspective, I have been in contract for a few years with another company to service my HVAC systems on two homes. That company had just been out to my house three weeks prior. The work that company did compared to the work Air Done Right did was night and day. The previous company missed all kinds of problems, didn't have the equipment Air Done Right has, and would send a young kid each time who I felt didn't have the level of experience needed for the job. We won't be working with that company any more. And will be giving the business to Air Done Right.) Jermain, Noel and Raquel, thank you for a job well done.
