They have an open area where you can play with battle ropes, giant tires, weighted sleds, and more. The staff here are a wonderful, dedicated bunch. They encourage you to do your best, they give good instruction, and they make you feel welcomed. The workouts last 50 minutes and they consist of team-oriented, high-intesity interval training (HIIT) exercises that push you to your limit. I travel a lot for work and get to drop in to a lot of boxes. This was one of the best. It has the old school crossfit vibe, but with killer new equipment. As a drop in, you never know what you are going to get. One of the owners - Todd, was super welcoming and made me instantly feel like a regular. The other members were also awesome. When I say this is old school crossfit, I mean it. At this box, finishing first just means that you are the first cheerleader for the rest of tribe. It's an easy place to find that offers more than enough parking. There's a plentiful variety of equipment to fit your fitness needs and Michelle is constantly bringing in new things. The upstairs is where you'll find the cardio equipment and most of the machines, while the downstairs offers a plethora of free weights. The bathrooms are always clean, as is the rest of the facility. There's vending machines that offer recovery drinks, proteins and a wide ranging variety of other things. Most of the members are friendly and have good gym etiquette ie; they rack the weights when they're done and wipe down the equipment when they're done, mostly because if they don't, Michelle reminds them! Lol. Again, she's really done well with changing this gym around. Would be an easy 5 Star review, but they do not have a water fountain which is a bit of a let down, so remember to always bring yourself water!
