I've been to many gyms in the area, this has to be the worst of the worst. The equipment is old and not maintained. There is no locker room there is no water fountain . Hopefully if you have to use the restroom, one flush is all you need, because that's all you can get. It smells like a SEWER. Someone needs to call the Board of Health. The radio is far too loud with no way to control the volume or station, so Bob and Tom while you lift in the morning, like it or not. It's really inexpensive, which sounds nice until you realize that that attracts the worst gym bro douchebags you've ever met in your life. Some of the cast of characters consists of "trainer," bro, that's going to get somebody killed doing needlessly complicated and dangerous variations of standard moments (that he doesn't do) and a group of wannabe alpha-bodybuilders yelling at themselves during their curl sets that have no concern for others in the room. No gym etiquette whatsoever... With that being said, the owner is nice enough, and I do believe that she is trying. But she seems to be in over her head. If a piece of equipment is broken, it is just a place to prop your phone to record your quarter squats or other partial ROM lifts, because it's not getting fixed.

Leave a review, less than glowing, and the other owner will leave you a condescending message on Facebook banning you. read more
