After our first session, I could not wait for her to return. Bethanie has an uplifting personality and you feel like you have known her your entire life. It is truly yoga in mind, body and spirit! Bethanie has the patience to get my rickety body into contortions that, as she puts it, are "uncomfortable but not painful." My body will shake and tremble but the results are amazing. In just a few weeks, I have become more flexible and am close to doing the crow position. The spiritual lift is more amazing than the physical lift. Bethanie has different themes for the night and combines the yoga moves with biblical passages. It is an amazing spiritual journey and the following day, I am sore but spiritually uplifted. 5 stars!!!

The only negative I've found is that sometimes people waiting for the next class to start can be very loud in the waiting area which is located right next to the yoga room, often interrupting the relaxation of savasana. I'd also love for them to integrate more chanting/spiritual elements in class and maybe even use oils on the third eye and temples while in savasana; but that's just a request, not a complaint :) Overall Studio Oxygen is a fantastic studio in an area with very limited yoga options.
