The coaching is responsible and safety is priority yet the team knows each members limitations and they push you to be your best. Recently, an old shoulder injury resurfaced and I have been out for a few weeks doing PT. It has been refreshing that CFR coaches and fellow members have reached out to check in!! John talks to you and gets to know your thoughts, goals and concerns. He is focused on your health and making you the best that you can be. Sometimes this means being totally supportive and sometimes this means challenging you to get the best out of you (which I consider to be totally supportive too). John is never the same tired routine. Each time I go into 302 fitness, he is ready with a workout designed for me. If you have never tried a trainer, I would encourage you to stop by 302 fitness and/or give John a call, I don't know why it took me this long to consider a trainer. He is the best - give your body a reward and check out 302 Fitness.

I like the spin classes the best as they are different from the other gyms in the area. Bikes are well maintained, music is great, workout varies each time - so no boredom. Arms used in workout too! If you try the spin/barre class you also get to have a full body workout. Instructors are friendly and do not intimidate Brooke offers an early morning workout that is a great start for the day. Ashley, Beth & Callista are energetic and positive motivators. The boxing class is challenging FUN Haven't tried the yoga yet but plan to.

Super awesome, very thou rough and FUN in the way he teaches proper form for each workout. Very patient and never makes you feel stupid for asking how to do an exercise if you don't know. The range of people who joined our challenge cohort was so awesome, we had people like me who haven't exercised in years to current military members looking for a new challenge. Fast forward almost 12 months and I'm totally hooked--the people, the workouts, the sense of community within the gym,and the support for the larger Middletown community, everything about it is so inspiring. The "Petram 30" is a perfect fit. 30 minutes from 8:00 to 8:30 every weekday. The coaches are great at instruction and giving enough encouragement to get over the hump on the ​tougher workouts. Highly recommend​.
