Super awesome, very thou rough and FUN in the way he teaches proper form for each workout. Very patient and never makes you feel stupid for asking how to do an exercise if you don't know. It seemed as though people of all ages were able to enjoy what the gym has to offer. Membership prices start at $15 per day or $75 per month. If you sign up for a year like me, that price drops to around $30 a month. Worth it? Yes. Let me tell you why. A membership includes: -free fitness classes. (The spin, yoga, and strength classes are all wonderful!) -free consultation with a trainer -racquetball -free coffee -towels -showers and lockers -hot and dry sauna (Feels amazing after a workout) -access to ALL the amenities in the gym! The gym itself is gorgeous and well laid out. There are plenty of treadmills and elipticals so you never have to wait. Private rooms for classes such as spin and yoga. There are two entire rooms in the back just for weight lifting. There is a room with a speedbag, weighted ropes and bands, and an entire boxing setup. I like the spin classes the best as they are different from the other gyms in the area. Bikes are well maintained, music is great, workout varies each time - so no boredom. Arms used in workout too! If you try the spin/barre class you also get to have a full body workout. Instructors are friendly and do not intimidate Brooke offers an early morning workout that is a great start for the day. If you are a member - you get 24x7 access with a key code. When you get in there - you get access to all the old school, tried and true tools to get in shape. You have our kettlebells, squat racks, rowers, ski-ergs, airdyne machines of death, benches, etc. Also - since the gym is private it is never busy - usually its just you and yourself. Sometimes Paul will be there with another client. The owner / head trainer is Paul - he is awesome. Reach out to him and schedule a 1 on 1 with him. He is worth it.
