John talks to you and gets to know your thoughts, goals and concerns. He is focused on your health and making you the best that you can be. Sometimes this means being totally supportive and sometimes this means challenging you to get the best out of you (which I consider to be totally supportive too). John is never the same tired routine. Each time I go into 302 fitness, he is ready with a workout designed for me. If you have never tried a trainer, I would encourage you to stop by 302 fitness and/or give John a call, I don't know why it took me this long to consider a trainer. The heater motor burned out on Tuesday and NO repairs have been made and there is no information available regarding status. It is COLD in the gym. And with next week's forecast showing highs in the 20s, this is not sustainable. An indoor business like this should have HVAC issues resolved same day or, worse case, next day. We're on Day 4 and no workers anywhere. I plan to ask for a refund for any days where it is too cold to use the gym.

Running/jogging at 5.5 all of a sudden drops to 4 without notice. I had to grab on the side bars to avoid falling . I brought it to the attention of the front desk. They said they would email maintenance. A half hour latter I was surprised to see no warning sign on the tread mill.. Inquired as to why I was told they were waiting on the maintenance guy. I informed them that it was a safety issue and I didn't want to see anybody getting hurt. I had already warned another member of the issue. Their message seems to be let sleeping dogs lie. When safety is not a priority time to move on. Ignorance is bliss

If you are a member - you get 24x7 access with a key code. When you get in there - you get access to all the old school, tried and true tools to get in shape. You have our kettlebells, squat racks, rowers, ski-ergs, airdyne machines of death, benches, etc. Also - since the gym is private it is never busy - usually its just you and yourself. Sometimes Paul will be there with another client. The owner / head trainer is Paul - he is awesome. Reach out to him and schedule a 1 on 1 with him. He is worth it.

Cops show up around 5:30 am every morning because an employee doesn't know how to turn off an alarm…read moreso they let it go off for 15 mins until the cops come. This happens everyday and we all have to workout with an alarm going off and act like nothings happening everyday morning and then the cops come and we have to let them in because the doors are locked because the employee doesn't know how to unlock the door.

NO paper towels in the ladies room and you'd be lucky to have toilet paper in the one stall that is operating. What a joke. Horrible place to workout. It is freezing in there and very uncomfortable to workout in…read more You are supposed to be able to work up a sweat in a gym...not bundle up with layers so you can't move freely. Drafty, no barrier or vinyl separation so every time the door opens, it lets 30 degree temps inside. Also, heavy duty chemical use and smell inside....I was told it was so they didn't have to smell the sweat. Are you kidding me...so we have to work out in a fumigated, febreezed zone, that sets you up for blood cancer. I won't be re-newing my membership. My husband and I are looking for a bonafide, comfortable gym to work out in...not a heavily fragranced tundra.

The took out the leg presses and added more chest equipment that are barely used, The old owners always had someone walking around and cleaning the equipment, now you get people sitting at the desk talking to each other. The physical size of this gym is small maybe you can expand it on the back side 20 feet it would make a big difference.
