The staff are very kind and helpful and the gym is always clean. I was unmotivated and felt like there was no way I could ever join a gym because I didn't have the time to actually go. Because of how pleasant my experience has been and because of the fact that they have childcare, I have been able to really commit to showing up. Their classes are incredible and have given me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and try so many new things. I'm so grateful for UVAC, they've really made a difference in my life!

Flooring was not your typical studio flooring. More of a fuzzy mat texture. 60 min class always come with their own sequences. Good to see each instructor's preference. I think the classroom itself doesn't retain heat very well. So the heater was on the whole time with hot air circulating. It is not a quiet class (with hot air blowing) but it masks my bones cracking. Ha. Instructor is nice. They also offer inferno Pilates. I noticed the weight offered here is decent.
