It's available daily for up to two hours per child. Theres one downstairs for younger children and one upstairs for older kids. They also have parents night out events that let you drop your kids off for pizza and movies. They have lots of options to choose between for all types of fitness levels and interests. They have a great weight room area and equally great machine area, they have yoga rooms, stationary bike room, a rock climbing wall and much more. The recreational pool is heated, lap pool isn't and the kiddie pool isn't either but it's a great cold plunge in the winter. I usually hit that then the sauna before my workouts. They have a basketball court inside and pickle ball courts outside in the back which always has action on them. Theres so much more they offer but I still have not had the chance to try it all out. Their juice/ snack bar is amazing. The soups and wraps are fire!! I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids. The staff is great and the place is clean. Can't think of anything negative about this place to be honest.

I was definitely able to complete my workout, I just had to compromise a bit on some of the weights because a lot were being used. I wouldn't say it's run down, but it doesn't feel like a new, fresh gym. It feels really bright inside and gives kind of a hospital cafeteria vibe in the locker rooms. I know that doesn't really make sense, but it's what I thought about when I was in there. , so I guess it makes sense to me. The staff was helpful and friendly, everything seemed to be in good, working order, and it was overall a fine gym. Definitely nicer than the 24 hour fitness in my hometown, but nowhere near as nice as, say... Equinox. It's a "get her done" type of gym, and, I don't know about you, but I am always excited to be DONE with a workout. I did think it was funny that they were selling GIANT cookies in the cafe in the club. Seems counterintuitive to being fit and healthy, but whatever. Don't get me wrong, I definitely LOVE a good, giant cookie, I just think they should have healthier options. And maybe they do, but I was blinded by the giant cookie and kept walking right. on. by.

A Zumba save, courtesy of Anytime Fitness - Larkfield…read more My wife and I were grocery shopping and stopped to compare the protein in the various cottage cheeses, she at the handle of our cart and me facing her at the opposite end. A woman pushing her cart approached me from behind and was attempting to pass me on my right, as I was facing the same direction that she was. I attempted to move out of her way by stepping backwards and lost my balance; I don't know if I caught on a wheel, stepped on a low grocery shelf or simply tripped over my own two feet. It looked like all was lost as the stumble of a 73 year-old started... But 10-months of Zumba kicked in and I danced to my recovery. My wife was smiling. The woman who was pushing her cart was beaming like she had just seen a Broadway show. I'm not sure exactly what happened but I could feel my weight drop into my hips and my feet didn't fail me now. So weight training is great and flexibility is important but movement is key. Keep on dancing, my friends.

From the moment I called to get information, the staff was helpful and welcoming. They answered all my questions and were accommodating when I went in for a tour of the facility. They offer 24/7 access, making it so convenient to get your sweat on. The gym is monitored by cameras and accessed via app or key fob. (think--very safe!) The gym itself has great equipment. I took advantage of dumbbells and the group fitness rooms to work through my lifting routine. It was very clean and well-maintained. I also saw several group and private fitness classes while I was there. The cardio area was spacious with lots of options--including a Peleton bike. Anytime Fitness was great for me during my trip. I highly recommend

As someone who rarely writes reviews, I felt this one was necessary…read more I've been a coach/trainer for the past five years, and I have never been so disappointed in a new drop-in class. I had never been to an F45 before, but I decided to meet my friend for a short workout on Saturday morning (5/10/25). I walked into a quiet studio where two trainers were present--one female, named Shannon, and a male. Neither introduced themselves or welcomed me. The female trainer was on her phone, and the male was walking around. I had to initiate the conversation, saying something like, "Hi, I haven't been to this gym before." The female glanced up and said, "Ha, you came to the one-hour workout--you're going to die," then pointed to the lockers and told me where to put my things. The male said absolutely nothing. I repeated myself: "Okay, well, I haven't been here before--do I need to sign something?" She looked up from her phone again and asked, "Oh, so you want to drop in?" I said, "I think so," and she pointed to a QR code on the wall and said, "You can sign up through here." As a coach, I have never felt so unimpressed or unwelcome. After signing up, no one asked if I had any workout experience, prior injuries, or questions. No direction was given about where to warm up or how the class worked. Nothing. I was honestly in shock. Thankfully, my friend was there to guide me. (Imagine if I had come alone!) While I could figure things out due to my experience, the lack of attention was unacceptable--especially considering the $219/month unlimited membership price. Frankly, it felt fraudulent. During the class, the coaches were flat, disengaged, and uninterested. No motivation, no energy--just generic lines like "Push harder... come on... 10 seconds left." It felt like a conveyor belt workout. The session itself was okay--I definitely didn't "die" as the coach joked. After the class, neither coach checked in with me. No "good job," no "thanks for coming," no invitation to return--absolutely nothing. I walked out of the gym feeling upset and disgusted by how I was treated and how poorly this F45 location operates. I know not all F45 gyms are like this. Shout out to Coach MoMo down in Burlingame, who creates an enjoyable and welcoming experience. But the F45 in Santa Rosa off Industrial Ave is, in my opinion, a huge waste of money. I would never recommend this location--or at least the 6:45 AM class. Also, $30 for a drop-in session? For that level of service? No thanks. It's unfortunate that I felt compelled to write this review, but people deserve to know they can spend far less elsewhere and receive far more in terms of physical and emotional wellbeing.

The gym charged me $199 and wouldn't answer my multiple calls/messages/emails! WTF?…read moreMy 2 weeks trial ended, and without any heads up I was charged $199 for membership. Was not my intention by the prior owner, Melissa, was very responsive and while she didn't return the money, she assured me I could use it for another month of membership. Again, not my intention but ok. Unfortunately, Melissa is no longer the owner and when I tried to use my credit I just couldn't get through to the gym! I called them a number of times, emailed and texted - nothing! Stay away from this place!
