I asked about pricing and exceptions The man in the front explained everything however what was not posted or even stated was their agreement rules. I was told that upon signing up I would receive a call to set up a day and time with the trainer; 299 for 4 weeks one day a week. When I signed up it was the beginning of the month ( February 2nd) strike 1 did not receive a call to schedule until a week later, strike two could not match schedules so I asked them to cancel my membership and because we could not find something that matches our schedules and I never was given services to refund me. They said in their agreement that they do not do refunds. Where is the agreement posted in their gym, and it was never sent to me. I literally had to search their website to find information. I disputed the transaction within my bank and lost...ok fine but now they say I owe 65 after multiple emails telling them I want nothing to do with company is crazy. This company is not honest, not transparent, and my experience has been the worst!

This is my first go at crossfit, here I've had a chance to work with Olympic style lifts, kettlebells, box jumps, interval training, and all types of plyometric work on the pull up bars, rings and ropes. It's a community based gym, the coach will introduce you by name at your first workout. Coaches keep a close eye on members form and give encouragement when you need it. My biggest warning is that Crossfit is expensive! but the rates are competitive with other Crossfit affiliates in the area I've found...if not cheaper. and all memberships are month to month so you can try it out and stop if you find it's not for you. The classes are as early as 5 AM and as late as 7pm M-F so there are plenty of classes to make it to.

They should hold weekend activities with all day workouts! And finally to make this review an honest review. There's one issue I find with this crossfit gym is the lead coach is so arrogant. (I can say this because he wrote out all his qualifications for his lifetime of fitness courses so he can tell you to vote for him as best coach in Howard County.) That was just obnoxious and a obvious demand for his cohorts to read his certifications. He doesn't necessarily like particular coaches with different personalities and fun approaches. Top Tier easily accommodates a class of 20 athletes, all properly distanced six feet apart, with plenty of equipment for everyone. The Coach leads Athletes through a targeted warm up (specific to the goals of training that day), strength workout (e.g. deadlift/squat/clean/snatch/etc.), and then an intense CrossFit style workout of the day. After all Athletes finish, the Coach leads them in cleaning/sanitizing all equipment and putting it away, followed by a targeted cool down. Since COVID-19 hit, many of my friends, colleagues, and peers were worried about reentering a gym for fear of catching the virus or lack of cleanliness, but the Top Tier staff is working hard to ensure the safety of all Athletes who want to improve themselves.

I have a student membership and pay month-to-month for $25 without a contract. They have various other membership packages and definitely cater to family fitness. Not only do you have the cardio room and 2 weight rooms (both free weights and machines), but they have a day care center, a giant gymnasium for basketball and some of the larger group fitness classes like Zumba, and then other smaller rooms for yoga, etc. All fitness classes are included in your membership. You're also able to pay to workout or go to a class per day as opposed to a monthly membership if you go less frequently. They offer personal training and have a fun, warm, and friendly staff to help you get settled. If you're looking for a gym to feel comfortable, have options, and not pay ridiculous monthly fees, this is a place worth checking out! And the funny part is that most people don't know that this building is a gym! It's the old armory building on Longwell at the entrance of the park off Main Street and across from Paradiso.
