Plenty of parking available outside the space. There are cubbies to leave your stuff, private bathrooms with showers (bring your own towel), and a water fountain to fill up your bottle before class! The workout room is dimly lit, with fun lights and loud music to keep you motivated. The equipment is really clean and organized well. Staff are so friendly and knew my name by my second class. The workouts definitely fall into the HIIT category, incorporating various intervals of strength training and Air Bike pushes. Each day is a little different which makes it fresh, but exercises come back around each week so you can feel like you are moving towards mastery of the movements pretty quickly. I ~think~ all F45 locations do the same workout on the same days. You can google the workouts before hand to see if they are more strength or cardio based. Each move is directed by TV screens. Who the coach is doesn't really matter. The coach will provide adjustments and direction should you need it. The one thing I don't like about F45 is that you are put in groups (this part is really not that big of a deal and is actually kind of nice), but if you and your group members all use the same weights there aren't a ton of other options/duplicate weights. Someone will either have to grab higher or lower weights than what they want.

I haven't ever experienced the sense of community or had instructors as knowledgeable anywhere else. The gym has enough space, the equipment is not only sound, but also there is enough of it, and the support group of people that train here including the coach, Matt, and his team really make it easy to get myself to the gym after work! I have yet to experience a place like this that actually makes me feel like they care about my goals, wellbeing, and overall satisfaction with the training I am receiving. I feel as though I am not just another person to make money off of. I would hands down recommend this gym to anyone looking to lose weight, get stronger, train for a specific sport, or make the transition from traditional weight lifting to CrossFit. I was a sweaty mess after a killer wod despite it being -6 outside. I appreciate any box that actually has heat, let alone turns it on!!!! So nice not being frozen for the first half of class.
