The facility is massive -- it almost feels like a mall. There's a cafe, indoor pool, plenty of fitness areas, and spacious locker rooms. Everything felt very clean here which is a plus. The Sunday 10:45am vinyasa class was advertised as "medium heat" but it barely felt heated. The instructor wasn't my favorite and the flow felt clunky and disorganized. Her queueing wasn't very clear and if I were a newbie yogi, I'd be pretty confused. Most of the class was spent in child's pose or savasana and I would've preferred more time to flow and play. The studio itself is fairly small for the size of the rest of the gym. As a guest recently, I had to download the app in order to get my guest pass which was pretty annoying. I've never seen another gym do that and didn't appreciate the extra hoops to jump through. Overall, if this gym was closer and less expensive I'd consider it but for now, I appreciate the chance to be a guest here.

It feels like all the money goes to extras like the sitting areas, pickleball courts, classes that cost additional money, etc. The only gym area is the second floor, and even that is taken up by classes. Machines are often broken and dirty, kids are CONSTANTLY running around unsupervised and playing on the equipment, and the gym etiquette has taken a severe hit. You see people filming, reading up multiple machines, sitting for an hour while scrolling, and not putting things back. I had to change my workout so many times because the free weights were missing entire bands of weights. Again, the staff is incredibly kind and nice. But the gym does not deserve the almost $200 a month price point. I would pay $40.

Staff is friendly, facility is clean. One frustration is sometimes being abruptly asked to leave a room due to an upcoming class, outside of this love love love this gym. They offer lots of classes, have cleaning wipes and sanitizing sprays for members yo use. They have trainers who offer personal training and also run the classes.

I…read morerecently endured an extremely anxiety-inducing situation at the Supreme gym facility where another member (picture is included) nearly physically assaulted and verbally abused me. The employees at this location sided with the hostile gym member (later on in the altercation the gym member made it obvious that she has an external friendship with the supervisor, Sarah Claunts). Sarah Claunts, the day time gym supervisor, spoke to me in a condescending and sarcastic manner while I explained to her the situation. Long story short: I played music softly (emphasis on softly because the volume was less than halfway on) while warming up in an open workout studio. The hostile gym member was on the opposite end of the room doing their workout. As soon as they heard my music, they immediately started screaming "NO NO TURN YOUR MUSIC OFF I AM NOT GOING TO HEAR IT". Considering the individual was so hostile, I ignored them and turned my music down. The individual then began to approach me while saying "IM SPEAKING ENGLISH DONT YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?! TURN IT OFF". At this point, the individual was now hovering over me while I sat on the ground, all while they clenched their fist and screamed so aggressively I even felt spit come out of their mouth. I explained this situation to the staff, even recorded the situation, and all they could say was delete the footage and don't play music or record ANYTHING/ANYONE in our facility. I immediately sent an email to Columbia association explaining and they could not even apologize for the way I was treated. All they asked was to speak on the phone. I said I wanted to speak through email and they did not want to continue investigating this matter. Attached are photos of the obvious hostile member and how close they were to hitting me. I don't know how else to go about this matter besides warning other people to avoid Columbia in its entirety.

At Coreworks, the classes have no more than 8-10 reformers, so the instructor can take the time to help each student with the routines. No two workouts are the same, and classes are never dull. Per the instructions on groupon, I emailed Fran so that I could create a log in online but I didn't hear back from her so I called the office. Once my account was created, I was able to sign up for classes. I was informed before I took any classes I would need to take the Intro to Equipment class. Fran was the instructor. She was patient and helpful as it was my first time and I needed specialized attention. For my second session, I took Reformer I & II with Doreen. Foe my last session I took Tower with a substitute for Doreen. All the instructors were patient, helpful, and friendly. They ask if anyone had injuries and they walk around and if your technique is wrong they adjust and correct you which I greatly appreciated. The classes were challenging to me since I am not good at following directions. Also, if you don't remember instructions well, I recommend taking Intro to Equipment multiple times. I had to look around to see how to do things as I am a visual learner, not an audio learner. The facility is tucked away in the corner and is not visible if you are in the parking lot. Fortunately I saw someone wearing athletic clothes and followed them. The facility is clean and bright. There are two individual restrooms. There is a main room with cubbies. The reformer room also had cubbies. The reformer room was slightly warm even with ceiling fans so I dressed lighter the second and third session. I enjoyed my experience, but could have benefitted from more intro classes. The classes were much different than my normal cardio and strength training classes at my gym. The pace was slower and it was a great way to relieve stress. I highly recommend Core Fitness for Pilates.

What I do like is that the classes are effective workouts. I definitely was able to improve on my running and strength while working out here. It was a pretty clean studio. What I did not like is for the price, there is absolutely nothing else included. There is no locker room, no childcare, no letting you borrow anything without a price attached. The fact that cancelling less than 8 hours in advance and no show is the same fee makes no sense. What's the point of cancelling if you are still going to be charged the same. I feel like 8 hours also is too strict it should be more like 4 hours. The fact that anytime they have a special event you have to pay extra to sign up is ridiculous. The $200 a month can't cover marathon month, like do we need to pay another fee to participate in things? Anyway, this review is not as much about Orangetheory as a gym, but about this specific location. Not a huge fan of this specific location. They loved to try to get as much money as possible out of you. They would offer things like borrowing a band if you forgot one and will not tell you they are going to charge you to borrow it. I am super bother that they will act like they are doing me a favor then I see a charge on my credit card. I did really liked the instructors here specifically Brittany I remember liking a lot. The front desk people though.. They would charge me for no shows when I would literally check in with them. Also, they would be super rude to me and had lots of attitude. Like I think they just hope people do not notice all these extra charges. Plenty of parking spots in the parking lot. Coach Nina* was awesome & super helpful with form throughout the workout. The front desk staff was friendly. They charged up my watch for the class since I forgot to turn it off yesterday & it died. They brought it into the studio for me after a few minutes on the charger. The studio itself is pretty spacious compared to some of the other studios I have been to. Overall I enjoyed my workout this morning & I will be attending a few more while I am in town. :) Side note- Bc of local mandates you are required to wear a mask during the duration of the workout, I recommend getting a plastic cage to place in your mask, it keeps it off of your face a bit & gives you room to breath so you're not sucking in your mask when breathing heavily.
