I recently joined Mountainside Fitness and expected a time consuming sign up process with extensive…read moresales pitches to try to get me to sign up for more of a membership than I needed or could afford. I was pleasantly surprised when Bailee streamlined the process without any pressure. She also offered me free trials of membership benefits like the red light therapy and the brand new cold plunge! Bailee was so friendly and helpful in assisting me in deciding on how to proceed with my membership choices in a non committal way like I wanted. Another gentleman (I think his name was Brad) gave us a tour and was very respectful of the limited amount of time I had to spend on the tour. A great part about Mountainside fitness is that they allow 12-year-olds to join so that means my daughter can come with me! I could not find another gym in the area that allows children under 13 to attend so I was really pleased at this privilege. I also liked that all the memberships allow you to go to any location.! I'm really grateful that Bailee was there to help, being that she was so knowledgeable on the membership options and perks! P.s. I love the cold plunge!

I've had the pleasure of training with Nico, Annie, Braedon, and Amy--and they're all amazing. Each trainer brings something special to the table and keeps the workouts engaging and effective. My husband trains with Braedon every day, and we both look forward to our sessions. I've never enjoyed going to the gym in my life as much as I do now--and that's saying something! They just immediately cancelled my membership and waived the 30 day notice fee, after I gave them the thief's first and last name ( they were dumb enough to buy an airline ticket using one of the two cards they stole). Kenleigh Paselk handled this very unprofessionally, I called to inform them on Wednesday night where she said she would relay this to the general manager, Kamery Garlick. I didn't hear back so on MONDAY I called to find out Kamery had NO idea of the situation. Odd. It almost seems like it was an employee of the club. Of course, the police have bigger fish to fry and lifetime does not stand behind their members safety although they will gladly charge you $300+ a month. Do not come here, do not bring your wallets, do not bring your bags. Honestly I wouldn't even bring my children... Unsafe, unprofessional, and I will be spreading the word to stay far away from this club.
