It is like going to a country club...the facility is beautiful, clean and spacious. And the finishes of the club are high end. Granite countertops, and rich wood finishes in the locker rooms. They supply towels (bath size and hand towel size), shampoo and body soaps. The sauna and steam room are great. NOW....what the club has that I think is a huge step above all other health clubs are the Group fitness classes! They are the best! And ALL the instructors are awesome! If you aren't a Group fitness person, this club has a wide variety of health club equipment....and so much equipement you will NEVER have to wait for a piece of equipment to free up to get on what you want to workout on! It also has a workout floor with free weights, and weight machines .....there is so much I can't give all the detail in this review...BUT you should check it out. There are less expensive health clubs....but you get what you pay for, most don't offer what Lifetime Fitness does...and the Woodstock location is my favorite! I love my LFT family! When I started I was worried about the money and whether or not I would be wasting my time. The coaches and the members are incredibly friendly and the workouts are tough, but the coaches are dedicated to ensuring that your technique is perfect before they push you. That sold me! I thought I was a decent athlete, but I quickly found out that some of my form was off for some exercises and it caused me pain. Once the coaches fixed my form I was able to continue with ZERO pain! I had a knee injury for about 6 weeks that prevented me from squatting and the coaches modified the workouts for me to accommodate my injury! I was able to continue to workout while my injury heeled. Amazing! I have seen incredible results going to this gym with the help of the coaches and experienced members. The MVMNT culture has motivated me to come to gym consistently because I have fun not because I feel obligated to come. I like how I am pushed to go faster to beat myself or to add a little weight because I don't realize I am stronger, but the coaches do. I have lost 15 pounds in 6 months. I am faster. I am stronger. I eat better. And I feel motivated to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle because of the MVMNT.

This is the place where I really formed my love of working out, and every time I go to another gym it just never can compete with how good this one was. This is what a gym should be in every way. This place truly made me love lifting, and I hope there is a day where I can return just to have the feeling this place gave me return. In my year of going there I learned a lot from the people, who really got me into powerlifting and strength-training in general. I can safely say I don't think there is another gym which can replicate the feeling this one has. I genuinely contemplate living in Kennesaw or Acworth again just to go to this gym. Second time I visited and the attendant this time was told the same thing and I had verified that they took it, so he also was unclear and seemed like her didn't want to apply my account. Then he almost tried to make me pay but I refused and said he'd have to get his manager to show him how to do it. He remain confused and acted like I was doing the wrong thing. Once he click the button to clock me in he was like you're fine to go in. Management needs to train these people up front better.
