The staff is very unfriendly ! The machines are dirty as well as the establishment! Dryers take forever to dry clothes because the lint is not cleaned out ! The price to wash and dry is to high! Sit on the benches by the nasty dirty massage chair and look at all the dirt grime behind and under you ! They use all the machines for drop off when there is a ton of people trying to wash dry as walk ins, they should do drop off laundry late night or when slow ! Machines leak and all the mobile dog groomers shove nasty hairy dog towels in washers and clog them . I have seen it in person. The parking lot has also turned into a trash toss for all 4 parking spots have nasty dumpsters in them ! They did fix ceiling tiles but knocked all the dust while changing them on customers clean clothes over the folding tables. My go to laundry spot. 10/10 on it being open 24h but the cleanliness is definitely lacking and I've had multiple issues with machines over the years (although they usually rectify it quickly with their store card) Lots of machines but on a busy day it's a mad hustle to get that big washer or drier. Was this place sold? Crossbay Express Laundry has really gone downhill. Its not as clean. The machines have less water than ever. Employees let clothing sit in washers or dryers for HOURS even when its crowded and new customers need the machines. The owner I remember was a good owner and manager. He kept things clean and working. He was decent to his employees. And expected employees to be decent to the customers. That has changed. Some of the employees are surprisingly nasty, unhelpful, and honestly - kind of racist towards customers. I saw it again today - an employee bullied a customer who asked for help with a machine. The same employee ended the interaction by pretending to be the victim. It was bizarre. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Things happen with the machines. There is no reason to make an incident out of it. The employee was a - I can't even come up with a word that isn't a curse word. Feel free to substitute the word of your choice here. 5/10 not the best but not the worst, they use the card so it's much easier to start your machine but the machines are relatively smaller. The smallest machine is $3 and half of the machines are either warm or cold hot water only (they really need to do some repairs) They have parking in the back and it's relatively clean but you do have to fight for machines during busy hours. read more

I have been coming here for over 10 years since they opened there doors. I've had both good and bad experiences from someone stealing my daughters electronic toy when she was four to the washers and dryer's sometimes not working properly But on a positive note the staff is great The large washing machines make it very easy to do very big loads. If you can manage to use the employees dryers they're very very hot. The place I think needs better maintenance but for the most part it's pretty clean. they also have dry-cleaning that you can drop off and they sell laundry bags soap Downey as well as if you want to lose your money on some of the gaming machines while you wait. They have a Large parking lot in the back hitch makes it so convenient. I would definitely recommend this place over many others in the neighborhood. read more

Place is open 24 hours but too pricey. Everything is done by laundry card and it's $2 just to buy the card and put money in. Small Washing machines are $2.69. Medium are $4.39 and Large are $5:39. Dryers are $.35 for 8 minutes. Place is clean and washing machines looks new. The attendant keeps the machines and place clean. They should lower the prices during off hours to attract more customers. Overall it's a decent place to do your laundry especially if you're looking for a 24 hour spot and plenty of parking in the back.. read more

We've been coming to this laundromat for a few years now. It was nice and clean when it first opened up but as years have gone by, it's going down. Water smells like it it comes out of the sewer, the floors are dirty, machines need to be serviced, they never fixed the AC and to top it off now they switched the laundry cards to some other ones which you just place it on top of the card reader, we still had the old cards and they told us that they couldn't give us the money to use it in the new cards ... so basically the money we had on the old cards it's a waste WE CANT USE IT. Spacious but anything you need such as the money machine or the sink it's located in the front and the majority of the machines are located in the back. Parking is in the rear which makes it convenient but why is the parking lot full at 10pm at night with a few people inside the place. I always have to park my car in the furthest space and walk with my heavy bags all the way to the laundromat. Service can be better as well, you ask for anything and it's like a mission and a half to get some help or they respond rudely. Except for the older gentleman he always has a smile in his face and is willing to help at no cost. Machines are overpriced and once it didnt wash my clothes that well. It's 24 hours which is a plus but you either have to come really early in the day or very late at night to not see a crowd and forget holidays this place is a mad house you will be here forever and good luck trying to grab a cart. read more

**I can only review this laundromat from the perspective of someone who drops off their laundry to be done. I have never actually used their washers or dryers, in person. So, I've been coming to this place for about a year now and getting my laundry done by them about once a week. Never have I had so many problems with missing items or incorrect clothing as I have here. Granted, each time the issue was corrected and they found the missing clothes, but seriously? Those few days of waiting for them to sort out their mess and wondering if that was the last time I saw my favorite black sweater...those days sucked! I've had instances where my nice, hanger-worthy, shirts were missing a few times. Twice, we actually got incorrect clothing sorted with ours so I was rifling through strange bedsheets and underwear to get to my stuff. It was just not good. Finally, two weeks ago, I decided to finally give them up completely after my stuff went missing for DAYS and although I complained, no one called me to follow up at all (after promises of phone calls), until they found the stuff much later in the week. At that point, I already bought new clothes to throw into my rotation. The system that they use for clothing drop-offs is completely computerized so it should eliminate a lot of the issue, yet it doesn't. Although there are a few people who work there who are genuinely nice, it seems like they're constantly hiring new employees. The guy who works there really early in the morning doesn't speak an ounce of English so I generally have to come in the afternoon to pickup clothes. The interior of the place is really clean and bright, so I can't say this is a total 1-star review, but the drop-off service portion? Yuck! read more

Drop off Service: Beware if you drop off your clothes 8 out of 10 times there will be missing garments. So your best bet is to drop off small loads or do it your damn self. Don't say I didn't warn you! Self Serve: there washing machine are fairly new and work well most of the time. Some reason it seems like it takes way too long for clothe to dry. (They must lower the temp on the machines.) Best time is to come here early. After 5 PM and Sunday's is the worst. People fight for the machine and folding tables. read more

I went there today to wash my clothes and when it was my turn to dry all the machines were full. I had 5 loads and I took the last 4 machines. There's a sign that says ask attendant to use dryers in the back. So I used my respect and went to ask and this bitch started yelling and telling me no. Very unprofessional. I told her there was no machines open and she told me there was. We went to check and all the machines were taken up that I had to wait for a dryer. There Is only one attendant that allowed me to use the dryer in the back and that shows she has respect for the customers. Don't go back to here. I've come to Crossbay Express Laundromat several times in the past few years. I usually use them for my laundry when I have an over abundance of stuff to wash and it's too much to wash at my usual laundromat which is small. Crossbay express is a huge laundromat with plenty of washers and dryers and they are open 24 hours which is a perk. Several months ago I experienced a flood that destroyed my apartment and left my husband's and my entire wardrobes needing to be washed. We came to crossbay express because of the amount of washers they have (all of various sizes but they have several mega load washers and bigger, which is what we needed) and washed everything we owned with the help of some friends. They are about average priced for a laundromat, I've found them to actually be a little cheaper than some. I haven't had much experience with their staff but when I have been in there they been busy working on washing and folding drop off service or just keeping the laundromat neat and tidy. I've never used their drop off service, so I can't really give my opinion on that but if you are going in to wash your own laundry, this laundromat is pretty good. read more

I have been coming here since they opened and it was a nice clean safe place. Now it is filthy dirty and the washers and dryers need service and to be cleaned. For the last month or so the place floods with water coming from under the washers. It never looks like someone cleans the joint. People come in and empty dirty clothes into the baskets then put them in the washers I will never understand this because the next person is putting clean clothes in a dirty basket nasty.
