I don't know where to put this opinion. So I thought this would be the best place…read more Reviews on home delivery of food. When reviewing home food delivery, what are the expectations? In my mind, it just can't be the same as a sit-down meal. It won't be as fresh, the presentation won't be the same, and the food may taste different when served in plastic rather than on a plate. I've seen some rather high-end establishments I have been to get marked down because of a home delivery disaster that may be out of the establishment's control. Do you get home delivery, and do you hold it to the same standards as dine-in? Please send me a note via compliments or pm. Thank you.

Yelp advertising: more spam calls than customers…read more I run a mobile video game party business in the DFW area and signed up for Yelp advertising to reach more local families. The results so far: zero measurable bookings from Yelp, and a nonstop barrage of sales calls from overseas call centers offering to "get me listed on Google" and other platforms. The calls started almost immediately after the listing went live, which tells me where they got my number. When I raised the issue with my Yelp account executive, Raymond, he stopped answering the phone. My emails get a one-line reply telling me to contact customer support, which is the opposite of what an account executive is for. If you're a small business considering Yelp ads, budget for the phone spam, not the customers. Not worth it in my experience.
