Once the job started, Aleksey and his crew took amazing care of my floors and went through an elaborate sanding process. When it came time to choose my own stain, he patiently let me sample 9 different types before we settled on one. I changed my mind several times, and he was very nice about it. I just finished my bathroom remodel and felt Pristine Coating really deserved and review as there has been absolutely no issues with the refinishing job at all. Now that I've got a new white bathtub installed, you literally cannot tell the difference other than that the new tub has some traction whereas the refinished tub was a little more slippery. The floor tiles have kept in reasonably good shape as well. There are some normal wear and tear from dropping things and foot traffic (adults only, no kids or pets). Originally I was not going to remodel until at least the warranty was up, and I'm sure the job would have held up just fine for another 1.5 years, but due to other circumstances I've pushed up the remodel timeline.
