They replaced our aging roof with a metal one and did extensive remodeling for us (Kitchen, Utility Room, and Dining Room). They did fantastic work, at a fair price and ahead of schedule. For our roof, they manufactured the steel panels on site and gave us a great deal to include our patio so the metal roofs would match. This has been our second roof replacement and 3 BBB Roof Construction and Remodeling made it much easier than the first time. It has been several years since the installation and it looks like new - we should be good for half a century+. We are very happy with our roof! So we selected 3 BBB Roof Construction and Remodeling for our remodel. After some design time and extensive consultation, we agreed on a price and a timeline. They demoed things down to the subfloor and replaced questionable parts. We replaced our island, cabinets, and appliances. The cabinet maker did a fantastic job - things turned out awesome. So did the quartzite counters & island, tile wall, coffee bar, lighting, stove top, oven, 2 sinks and refrigerator. It all came together in an excellent way that makes me wonder at the fact that I live here. As in any major project, we requested changes along the way. They were always open to our requests and worked with my wife to get things the exactly how she wanted them. I hired them for a plumbing issue in my yard that needed to be corrected prior to putting in an above ground pool. I had originally been given a "diagnosis" and that is what I hired them for. Shortly into the job, Kevin became concerned that we were dealing with a bigger issue. He fully evaluated the situation and presented me with the best way to fix it - and fix it right. It turned into a much bigger job than I originally thought but I was very thankful that now it is fixed correctly and he didn't just patch the problem and move on. I then hired them to level my backyard for the placement of an above ground pool. 12x24 ft. The contractor who actually installed the pool said he had never seen a "more perfectly level, square or compacted pad ever - they were spot on". Kevin is extremely talented, detail oriented and quite a perfectionist. Both he and Osman have a work ethic that is amazing. There were a few small roadblocks along the way, just because of unexpected issues that couldn't been predicted, such as a drain pipe we discovered in the wall that needed to be redirected.
