I went into redeem some coupons I had and the exact items I needed were not available and the owner was willing to see if she could order them. Since it was trial sized and just two cans of food, I did not want to bother her with it since coupons were expiring. The following week, I got a coupon for a size of dog food that I saw that the shop carried. I was able to get a $18.99 bag of premium dog food for just the cost of sales tax which made me very happy. They carry lots of specialty treats for your furry companions.

After purchasing she left, as she did the owner checked something for her dog and realized the wrong food was purchased and she ran out to stop her and replace with the correct food for her dogs needs. It was incredible to see - a store full of customers and she took the time to check (cause she knows her clients and their dogs needs that well) and she corrected it.
